Spacious apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. Quiet and peaceful for sleeping/relaxing, but very close to the action of the city center. Hosts were very responsive to any questions. Good value for the price. Would definitely stay there again!

This apartment was in a shared courtyard in a great area of downtown bologna. This meant that we had access to great restaurants and things to do but could also go home to a quiet outside area to sit and hang out.

Pinuccia's apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Easy to locate and ample parking space. Really appreciated the breakfast staples and tart that were waiting for us on arrival! Pinuccia was very responsive in the lead up and during our stay. Highly recommend!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay with Giulia. The apartment was very close (2 minute walk) to the train station which meant we could go on a day trip to Venice. However, to Bologna city Centre it is around a 20-25 minute walk, so be prepared for lots of walking. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The only issue was the boiler taking a while to heat water for showers and the toilet was very slow to fill with water so often had to flush with a bucket of water from the bathroom tap. Overall a very nice apartment.

We were warmly welcomed by Angelo. He provided us with many useful tips around the area and was always accessible and also on site. The apartment is very quiet. It's a perfect place to relax. The pool was fantastic and the garden was very well maintained and you could relax wonderfully. We loved the waterfall nearby. By taking a good bath. You absolutely need a car to get to the nearest village. From the apartment to La Spezia it takes about 1 hour and to Pisa about 1.5 hours. We felt very comfortable.

We had a great time. Tim's house is very well placed to discover this area. The house is spacious, very nice with its large very clear stay and this accommodation is very clean. The garden is beautiful , well maintained and has a magical view of the environment. Tim and his mother are discreet. We had a really pleasant stay in this cozy apartment with attention to the smallest details. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the fireplace perfectly functional, with wood provided free of charge by the host. The apartment is immersed in the tranquility of the Modena Apennines, an ideal place for those looking to disconnect from the daily hustle and bustle. Nearby are several hiking trails, perfect for exploring the surrounding nature. Sergio and his wife were exceptional hosts: kind, helpful and never intrusive. Highly recommended for a rejuvenating break!

Beautiful garden, with great facilities including a lovely and stunning views from the hills of Emilia Romagna. The kitchen is bright and we-equipped. The house generally is charming - welcoming and wonderfully decorated with lemon motifs everywhere. Miriam was welcoming and communicated in great time. And the cat is a sweetheart. Highly recommended to families and larger groups.

As others have said—all of the reviews are spot on! A unique setting in the countryside about 30 minutes drive to Parma on mountain roads, beautiful historic building and grounds (with tastefully updated bathrooms to go with the historic charm, plus even a clothes washer and dryer you can access, a rarity in Italy), and a consummate host in Maria Teresa. Using her knowledge and connections to get personalized tours of smaller local parmigiano and prosciutto factories was a real highlight, and we especially enjoyed the nearby Torrechiara castle as well. The kids loved her animals too. 10/10 stay!

We urgently needed to look for a place near La Spezia. I wanted to relax surrounded by nature. Salvatore responded very quickly to the request, gave all check-in recommendations. He and his wife met us at the gate, told us everything and showed us. They even baked an incredibly delicious pie for us ( it was hot for our arrival). Everything in the house smelled clean and fresh), the interior is made with love and the patio as well. We had an incredibly pleasant evening in their house )

Peaceful home in a peaceful area. Stefano's apartment is located in a nice residential neighbourhood easily accessible to and from the city centre by bus or even on foot. Stefano himself is very professional yet friendly, happy to help with any requests or suggestions. I would certainly stay in Stefano's apartment if ever back in the city. Thank you

We had a lovely stay at Stefania's apartment. If you are staying with a dog, there is a park about a 5 minute walk away. The bus is a 2 minute walk and will take you to the city center in 20 minutes.

The house is clean and at the quiet place , not far from City if you have a car.The host is helpful and responsive.

Spacious apartment with vaulted ceilings and walking distance to train station, restaurants, shopping, and central Bologna. Air conditioning and the lift were very appreciated. We really enjoyed staying at Vladimir’s place and would consider staying again on a future trip to Bologna. Vladimir’s apartment manager, Luca was wonderful — very helpful with local recommendations and baggage storage, and quite flexible for check-in when our train was very late to arrive.

Having an elevator was especially helpful since I was traveling with my senior parents. Maria was an exceptional host. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, meeting us early so we could store our bags and get started exploring the city without hassle. She took the time to go over everything we needed to know about Bologna and shared great recommendations that made our visit even more enjoyable.
