This apartment was in a shared courtyard in a great area of downtown bologna. This meant that we had access to great restaurants and things to do but could also go home to a quiet outside area to sit and hang out.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area where you can find all the necessities within a few minutes (supermarkets, pharmacies, coffee bars, good wine bar) and about 20 minutes on foot to the center. We were three friends away, and the apartment was perfect to share. The apartment had everything we needed, we lacked nothing and also enjoyed the balcony, where there was afternoon sun. We had some problems with the air conditioning, but it was fixed the same day we wrote to Antonio about it. I'd love to come back and stay here.

Fantastic spacious apartment in the heart of Bologna! It was our first visit to this part of Italy and we loved it. The apartment is in a great location. There is a local convenience store a few minutes away where you can get all of your essentials. Nicoletta was a great host, very responsive to my messages and made sure check in smooth and we were happy with everything. There is a wonderful restaurant right next door to the apartment which was brilliant and highly recommended, called Sette Tavoli.

Alberto’s place is in a stunning location, situated on a wooded hilltop with panoramic views of the valleys surrounding it. It’s very quiet and peaceful and you’re right in amongst nature! The apartment is well equipped and was very clean. We received a very warm welcome by Alessia, Ty and Alberto upon and Alberto even had some Mortadella, homemade bread, some duck eggs and red wine waiting for us after a long journey! We felt very relaxed and comfortable using the lovely gardens and outdoor spaces with our 18 month old who had a great time exploring. We bumped into Alberto on a couple of occasions and had nice conversations with him, he also gave us some great local tips! It was a perfect get away for us, grazie Alberto 🙏🏼

We had a great time. Tim's house is very well placed to discover this area. The house is spacious, very nice with its large very clear stay and this accommodation is very clean. The garden is beautiful , well maintained and has a magical view of the environment. Tim and his mother are discreet. Beautiful garden, with great facilities including a lovely and stunning views from the hills of Emilia Romagna. The kitchen is bright and we-equipped. The house generally is charming - welcoming and wonderfully decorated with lemon motifs everywhere. Miriam was welcoming and communicated in great time. And the cat is a sweetheart. Highly recommended to families and larger groups.

I have a large dog and it is always difficult to find suitable situations or that they accept it, so for me it was a remarkable oneplus, the house has a large fenced and private garden with shaded areas and not, Vania is a very kind and handy person, present if necessary, the road to get there is simple and parking is very convenient. that said, it's fine. In my opinion, it's a sweet place. You can rest easy if that's what you're looking for.

Elena's house is simply fantastic. A modern farmhouse with all the comforts in a Wow valley in the Tuscan Emilian Apennines. My partner and her family spent the Christmas holidays here, and we couldn't have chosen a better place. Comfortable house, a delightful countryside with incredible peace and a breathtaking view. Elena was always present and super helpful in every question or need, and gave our family a moment that we will take for many years.

We stayed for 3 nights, my partner, my newborn daughter and I. The home is very quiet, clean and equipped with everything. Stefania is very friendly and very proactive in responding to our requests. Upon our arrival she made us find homemade sweets and jams and every possible delicacy for breakfast. The kitchen is very well equipped like everything else in the house. A nice variety of books are available for guests. We also took advantage of the fireplace. Unfortunately, there is not much nearby, given the period, but we will definitely come back in the spring with the possibility of also taking some walks. It was really a relaxing vacation!

Spacious apartment with vaulted ceilings and walking distance to train station, restaurants, shopping, and central Bologna. Air conditioning and the lift were very appreciated. We really enjoyed staying at Vladimir’s place and would consider staying again on a future trip to Bologna. Vladimir’s apartment manager, Luca was wonderful — very helpful with local recommendations and baggage storage, and quite flexible for check-in when our train was very late to arrive.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment just a 10-minute walk from the Bologna train station. The space was even bigger than we expected—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with the bonus of two bathrooms, which was perfect for our group. Having an elevator was especially helpful since I was traveling with my senior parents. Maria was an exceptional host. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, meeting us early so we could store our bags and get started exploring the city without hassle. She took the time to go over everything we needed to know about Bologna and shared great recommendations that made our visit even more enjoyable. This place was perfectly located between everything we wanted to see and eat. We were within minutes from everything! In the apartment, they have everything you need. Blow dryer (and diffuser for curly hair), adapters, drying rack to clothes - couldn’t be more convenient. 10/10 recommend staying here!
