Vacation rentals in Rattlesnake Canyon

Nice two-bedroom unit in a quiet neighborhood without adjoining rooms or other rentals. Centrally located near downtown Grand Junction that made it ideal for my travel to several local places I was visiting. A nice, fenced yard space is available for use. Unit was well supplied and equipped. In unit washer and dryer were definitely a plus. I make frequent trips to Grand Junction and this unit is far superior the hotel rooms in town where I have stayed and at a better price point. I will be back.

Very nice peaceful retreat. Private location and very quite. The kitchen has all you need to cook meals and the bed was firm which was great for my lower back!!

My partner and I only stayed for one night at Brandon and Rebecca’s place, but it was an amazing experience from start to finish. They truly thought of every little detail—special towels and cleaner packets for the hot tub, a cabinet full of spices, and everything was spotless and exactly as described. The bed was super comfortable, and we loved relaxing on the small outdoor patio. We ordered in dinner, curled up in the cozy living room, and watched a movie—such a perfect night in, especially with access to most major streaming platforms (all paid for and ad-free!). The space had such a warm, inviting feel, and even though we didn’t get to use the community fireplace, it looked like a great addition. We truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches and would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Staying at David’s RV in the peach orchard was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, David made us feel completely at home. He went above and beyond — helping us plan out the perfect day, prepping the pool so our kids could jump in right away, and giving us an amazing, in-depth tour of both the RV and the beautiful orchard. The RV itself was spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable — it had everything we needed and more. Waking up surrounded by the peaceful orchard was such a treat. David’s passion and care for his property really shine through in every detail. If you’re looking for a stay that feels special and genuinely welcoming, this is it. We can’t wait to come back!

This is a beautiful home that looks just like the pictures. Furniture is comfortable, beds are comfortable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This property is outstanding! In person, it actually is even nicer than the pictures and description. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, better than any other airbnb I have stayed in. You can leave your travel soaps at home because all three of the bathrooms are provided with gigantic bottles of top quality body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The views off the deck are gorgeous, especially at sunrise and sunset. And if you like to gaze at the heavens, on a clear night the sky is filled with stars. I highly recommend this property!

This is a lovely home. It is one of our favorite hangouts when we come to the grand Valley. Palisade is a wonderful little town with lots of vineyards and lots of culture. The homemade ice cream is excellent and this house is definitely apart of this wonderful valley I highly recommend staying here.

Brookwillow Retreat was a very comfortable home for the week, in a nice quiet neighbourhood in a great location. Hosts were friendly and great communication, fast and efficient. I would most certainly stay again when in Grand Junction.

This listing is beautiful! We stopped in before leaving from the airport and it was the perfect unwind prior. The surroundings are beautiful and the yurt itself is gorgeous. It has everything you could need and more. We will be back!
