The place was exactly like the pictures! Host was very friendly and responded very quickly. 10/10 recommend for a getaway. Had a lot of surrounding places to eat, including a cute little coffee shop all within walking distance. Rooftop pool was definitely my favorite part.

Love staying here. It’s close to a small plaza and the plaza 2000. Very comfortable apartment with its own kitchen. I love the fact that it had AC as well. Spotless and clean! Definitely coming back soon⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤠

The location and the place are excellent, there are cafes and restaurants very close by, the accessibility to the accommodation is excellent (highly recommended for post-operative recovery). Manuel's service is also excellent, quick resolution. Great!

Fay & family were wonderful hosts! Very kind and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is and Los Gaviotas is always perfect. The small apartment is cozy and perfect for just two. There is no privacy door for bathroom but didn't bother us! Was on the higher end of price compared to other larger properties we've stayed at in LG but considering it was holiday weekend and knew the price going in and was very happy to pay it over the holiday. Thank you, Fay for a wonderful visit!

I stayed two weeks at Estela’s place and it was a perfect fit. The location, the home, and the communication was amazing! The home is spacious, has a perfect kitchen, and a beautifully fitted work area. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking to do so.

We stayed at this Airbnb for almost 4 months and it was very pleasant and very safe for us. You have everything within easy reach without leaving the need to go far, good restaurants, convenience stores and shopping malls. The hosts are very attentive and resolve your questions immediately. The unit is very comfortable, it has everything you need for your stay. Besides being a super pet-friendly place. If we return to Tijuana we will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here several months and the room was definitely worth the price. It has a great location with a walkable distance to downtown tijuana.The host was very responsive as well and was quick to offer help when needed.Would definitely recommend.

This condo at Cosmopolitan City Point is stylish, clean, and super comfortable. Check-in was smooth, the building is secure, and there are nice coffee shops and restaurants on the ground floor right outside the entrance. The building feels safe and modern, with amazing views and great amenities like a rooftop pool and 7th-floor gym. Check-in was easy and everything worked perfectly. The location is the real star: Tercera Etapa del Río: You’re surrounded by modern communities and luxury developments, art-forward mini-malls, and trendy cafés and restaurants—Awiwi’s Boba, La Postal Sushi, Berry Nice Café, Pizza&Love, House of Ribs, and more—all within walking distance along Paseo del Río. The LDS Temple anchors the skyline, and the neighborhood feels modern, safe, and full of energy. Perfect for cross-border travelers or anyone wanting a fresh, urban TJ experience. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay. Quiet and good location.

A dream getaway. The space is beautiful and clean. Bedrooms are just like the pictures and mattresses are so comfortable. Construction is a little in the way of the view but not enough to bother. Private beach is in walking distance of the condo and so pretty. Indoor pool was nice and peaceful. Outside pool is gorgeous and the views are amazing. Angela was the best host! Always quick to respond to every message I sent and so kind. Checking in with security was super simple and also so helpful making sure we didn’t get lost. Will definitely recommend to friends and I look forward to staying again.

Enjoyed my stay . Felt safe. It was on a the higher end for being Playas Tijuana but it is what it is. Overall it was a good .

Was very friendly and easy to find. Was very straightforward with instructions and had no problem. Everything looked as pictured and things such as puerto Nuevo and valle de Guadalupe are really close by as well. Super secured area felt very safe and the pool was amazing! Loved the view even got to see dolphins swimming there during our stay!
