A superb one bedroom flat nearby the longest beach in Cagliari. I have enjoyed my stay at Livio's flat and wish to return. Overall, Sardinia is one of the most beautiful, peaceful, and safest places in the world, with wonderful, decent, and friendly people.

Greg is a very welcoming, accommodating host and available to his tenants. When he arrived, he sends a doc by message with the things to do in the area (restaurant, beaches, activities,...). She's such a friendly person. The space was as described, small but very functional and well appointed. And air conditioning +++!! I recommend it!

The property is in a quiet area and has everything you need. The outdoor space is livable in a private way and the bed comfortable. The host was always very responsive, helpful and above all kind in meeting our needs. I would go back and recommend it.

An outdoor terrace area features a modern white table and two chairs, providing a space for relaxation. The building's orange exterior complements the contemporary design, while large sliding glass doors offer access to the indoors, framed by a covered awning.

We had a great stay at Roberta place! Flat is very nice and terrace has beautiful view! There is even additional shower outside on terrace! Robert was very helpful with many advices and responded always very quickly. We felt like at home. Also it was so nice to find some many extra things (many toiletries, juice, bread to have for start, spices etc.) You can see that Roberta takes a lot of care for her guests.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is charming, spatious and has everything one may need in a home away from home. The grounds are tranquil. We enjoyed the park very much. William is a wonderful host. He met us at the entrance on our arrival and the next day gave us a great tour around of the historical estate of his ancestors. He also provided us with some useful suggestions for the next leg of our trip (he drew the detailed map, to be precise). Thank you, William!

They are very responsive Ideal location just a stone's throw from a superb beach The house is well equipped you have everything you need. a nice garden with barbecue. We had a nice holiday there with our children. we will be back there for sure Thank you

Manuela and her husband are great people. They made our stay beautifully relaxing, every request for information was met in super responsive times and with great tips for our stay. Few people make everything Manuela put at ease and at the disposal of guests. In their apartment I found myself at home, and on a human level as well as in the family. Thank you for making our vacation so wonderful. We'll definitely be back in the future

Stefano's house corresponds exactly to the description and is very close (5 minutes walk) to Poetto beach and the bus stop to go to the center of Cagliari, the house is comfortable and convenient, equipped with everything and with a beautiful garden with outdoor table where you can eat, not to mention that Stefano has two wonderful dogs that would stay in a separate area, but we asked to let them free to come also in the apartment area and it was very fun to interact and play with them. I recommend Stefano's house for a beach vacation as it is really close to the beach, where there are kiosks that function as bars and restaurants where it is very nice to eat or have a drink at sunset

We stayed two nights in Sa Praza and found that the room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom large and clean. The great location to visit the city and Florence is very available to support us with suggestions and directions. We definitely recommend it

Flor was very gracious, helpful, and friendly. The unit shares a kitchen with two other rental units on the floor but only saw another guest on one occasion. My unit came with a loft and an open bedroom arrangement with a short but steep flight of stairs. On the ground floor was the private bathroom and living area. It also had a nice viewing area of the small plaza below the apartment. There were several bars and restaurants in the plaza including Impasto with award winning pizza, recommended by Flor. There was also a McDonalds/ McCafe a short walk from apartment that had croissants and baked goods, plus the normal McDonalds fare. I also enjoyed the city of Cagliari and found it to be a pleasant, clean, and safe place to stroll around and admire the sights.

the house is perfect, very spacious, well cared for and extremely clean. In both rooms there is a large storage room to accommodate luggage. Outside, the garden is a real gem, cared for in detail by Benedetta, an exquisite person who is attentive to guests' needs. The house is in a quiet area, a short distance from the center, Pula beach can be reached by car in a few minutes. Recommended!!!

Very welcoming host, waited for us until 2am to welcome us. Always responsive, recommended nearby activities and restaurants. The place was cozy, clean, and as described. Simone has a beautiful and natural garden. Simone is very friendly and even invited us to spend some time with his friends for dinner. This was a memorable experience. We recommend this accommodation 100%.

Danilo went far above of what could be expected of a perfect host. Lunch was ready when we arrived, fridge was filled with necessities. Always ready to answer on whattsapp, helped and answered and questions we had. Ontop of this we were invited to a party/dinner AND the next morning at 5 am he drove us to the airport!!! Torre Delle Stelle means "Tower of Stars" and Danilo is one of the stars!

Our stay at Andrea's was simply fantastic! The house is blissfully peaceful, immersed in Sardinian olive forests, and filled with all the amenities you might ask for. Most of all, Andrea and his family were very welcoming and helpful, including the three lovely kitties who came to look over our sleep and gift us a few cuddles. We had a marvellous vacation and look forward to coming back! Thank you so much =)

A very nice week spent at Villa Ingeborg thanks to the kindness and hospitality of Stéphane and his wife Mary. The house is located in a very peaceful environment and offers breathtaking views. (You need a car to get around) Air-conditioned room and a very large swimming pool are also available.
