Beach house vacation rentals in Punta Ala

Had a fantastic time on Elba. Beautiful apartment in a quiet location. Via a staircase, you can be directly on the beach within a minute. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The cottage has an awning, ideal for creating shade. Communication with Paola is great: she responds quickly and is very friendly. Recommended; go out for dinner in Capoliveri or Porto Azzurro. Both places are within 15 minutes by car.

Lovingly furnished, super organized accommodation - thought out in detail and equipped with everything you need. Very nice contact in advance and on site. Perfect location in very nice Sant'Andrea. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful time! The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a real oasis of well-being, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, which provides a relaxed atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the great path that leads directly to the beach – perfect for walks and enjoying nature. The large kitchen offers everything you need to cook for the whole group. Particularly attentive was that the hostess brought us a few toys for our friends' child – which made the stay even more enjoyable. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay in this house. Our family of five stayed upstairs and grandma could comfortably come dine with us then retreat to her own apartment downstairs. The kids loved having the beach just a stone's throw away and the fact that you can walk into town via the old train line is really great. We had everything we needed to dine in, though one of the best restaurants we ate at during our stay was a local recommendation that Michela made. We used the house as a base to drive around the island looking for secret beaches and exploring the surrounding towns then would return in the evening to drink wine in the secluded garden. It is really a great property!

the place was perfect for a few night exploring Elba Island. the views are unreal and it's only a few steps to the beach. there are bars and restaurants within walking distance. I wish we could stay longer!

A wonderful house with beautiful outdoor seating. We felt very comfortable. A beautiful view from the sea and quiet location. We can only recommend it.

Beautiful accommodation, responsive host, very attentive and helpful, responds very quickly if needed. Quiet, peaceful environment, far from Porto Santo Stefano but compensated by a paradisiacal view. The very big assets are the solarium, the spectacular view from the terrace, the private beach 1km away. Despite our 2 hours late to arrival, we were very well received by Marco and his wife. They also agreed to come early when we left for organizational matters. We recommend 100% and will be back.

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

We would like to highlight the hosts: They were incredibly helpful, friendly and approachable at all times. Thanks to their support and hospitality, our vacation was even more relaxing and enjoyable. Great stay in PSS! Lavinia and her team were very responsive and helpful. The apartment has a fantastic view and is very well appointed. As other reviewers have noted there are very many steps and steep hill of you walk to town, but we drove to town for meals and parked down the hill. I would rent again.

It is a well-decorated and well-equipped family home, new bathrooms and air conditioning in 2 bedrooms, still facing west and well ventilated Wide living spaces both inside and on the terrace from which you can enjoy the view of the islands and beautiful sunsets The consortium is curated and offers a beautiful swimming pool equipped on the sea Everything was perfect, we felt at home

The apartment is nicely located, overlooking the sea! There are also several pools in the complex, but they are only accessible from June 1st, was no problem...we went to the sea. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials, you can prepare small meals well.

We stayed at Italo's place for a week. The apartment had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, cozy rooms, beautiful garden, and a magnificent pool. Italo and Simona are very nice and gave us many tips for the area. Loved it!

A very beautiful designed house that worked so well with a grown up family and small toddler. The sea & coastline is very beautiful . I love the wildlife, the wild flowers and grasses.

It’s a perfect holiday home! Idyllic place hidden in the green. It’s small but cosy, probably best for a couple, for us with two small kids it was fine, but for four it could be a bit tight. Well equipped kitchen. Beautiful large garden. Such a short walk from the beach! It was our first time at Punta Ala and we loved it. It’s very quiet, there is not much action going on, the beach is fantastic particularly for small kids. The sand is very soft and the sea is very low for quite some distance in. Not much restaurants in walking distance, but some at the port (need a short drive). One supermarket close by (3 min by car). Luciana was kind and quickly responded to our questions concerning the house and fixed things that were not working. Maybe something for possible improvement: the house for sure could use a bit of love and care, and renovations here and there. And the humidity levels inside the house are high. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and we’ll be back!

We read all the reviews prior to our booking and they all describe the place perfectly. The location is just perfect and we had a wonderful time! Best sunsets ever, wild beach on walking distance, peace and tranquility.. what else do you need?

We were consciously looking for a quiet home to relax for a few days - and found it at Teresa's! The very tasteful and lovingly furnished cottage is very quiet and has a wonderful terrace with great views of the sea towards the mainland. Two wonderful olive trees provide shade. Everything is very functionally furnished, without exaggerated luxury! The exchange and interaction with the landlady is extremely familiar. For a vacation for two - or even alone - we highly recommend the shell house!

Silvia's house is very nice, equipped, clean and in a unique location: terrace with sunset over the sea, really very impressive. Mr. Marino is kind and helpful: he gave us useful tips for taking beautiful walks (ring path of the old cellars of Chiessi: a wonder for the eyes: I highly recommend it!) We had a very good time with everything: magical island, impeccable house, the town center within walking distance, the very welcoming locals… in short, good vibes 🤗 We will definitely be back. ⛵️

Cute private house near the beach (5m drive). It is perfect for a family or 2 with young kids (or if you’re traveling with your pet): the house has an amazing garden where kids can play and hang out. The garden is shaded by huge pine trees which make it cool in the hot Italian summer. We had breakfast and dinner in the garden where there is a table large enough to sit 6 people comfortably. The outside dining area is under a porch. There’s reserved parking in front of the house and we didn’t have any issues with that. You might walk to a nearby coffee place or a restaurant but the roads don’t have sidewalks so better to be careful if you have a stroller or littles ones. The beach is not that far but in the heat of the summer I wouldn’t walk there (probably better in the spring or fall). Parking is available to the beach clubs and included in the beach club daily fee so we drove every day.
