Our brand new villa with infinity pool is situated in a small village near Motovun town, in the heart of green Istria. With the magnificent view over Motovun, villa is offering the unforgettable moments to every nature lover’s. The house is for 6 persons+ 2 people can sleep in the living room, 240 m2 on two levels. The swimming season in the pool is from May to November.

Kuća se nalazi u mjestu Štinjan, udaljenom svega 5 km od grada Pule i nešto manje od 2 km od plaže Hidrobaza. Kuća ima 4 spavače sobe, 4 kupatila, prostran dnevi boravak i kuhinju. U dvorištu se nalazi bazen sa ležaljkama kao i dvije terase. Ispred kuće nalazi se parking za više vozila. Kuća se nalazi u naseljenom mjestu te nisu dozvoljene zabave, potrebno je pridržavati se kućnog reda ( nije dozvoljeno glasno puštanje glazbe kao i glasno pričanje i vikanje).
