Everything was perfect! The photos exactly match the reality, including sheets and towels. Everything clean and very comfortable beds. The Prenk host is always super available!

Adrians place was nothing short of spectacular. It had areas for our kids to play by the pool and they had games for them to enjoy. The adults had a nice dining table on the outside by the pool which provided a serene setting allowing us to connect in privacy. The beds were amazing, the A/C was great, the kitchens were pristine and the overall house was very well kept. I will come back specifically because of the amazing service we received.

We enjoyed our holiday in the 2 houses of Josip! The houses are in a perfect condition and have everything you need. The 4 sleepingrooms (plus 2 additional sofas) with 4 bathrooms and 1 additional WC (per house) are very comfortable. Josip is a very helpful and fast responding host - 5 stars without any additional comments!

Villa Grgo is a very nice property and corresponds to the description and photos. The location is a little off the beaten path, you can reach supermarkets, restaurants, cities and beaches in no time by car. The amenities are new and upscale. Pool was also cleaned half of our stay, we also used hot tub and sauna regularly. Communication with the hosts was also great, helpful and fast. Upon request, we were able to check in earlier. All in all, a very nice stay in Istria.

Klaus' villa was an absolute dream and exceeded our expectations – it is not only as pictured, but even more beautiful! You can feel the attention to detail in every corner, the terrace, the beautiful garden and the magnificent pool are pure relaxation. The outdoor kitchen with the charcoal grill completes the experience perfectly! Klaus is a fantastic host – always available and super friendly. The personal welcome and the extensive information folder full of great tips were just great. The garden is completely fenced, which was ideal for our energetic dog. Privacy was well protected thanks to the hedges and fences. Cepljani is the perfect base! Rovinj, Porec and Novigrad are easily accessible, and Umag is only 5 minutes away. We especially recommend the pizzeria in Babici – Klaus' tip was spot on! Dear Klaus, thank you for this wonderful time! We sincerely hope to return soon! 😊

We booked this great property with friends and our wauzis over the turn of the year. Unfortunately, it was not as bright as we had hoped, but still our "fear"dog was able to enjoy New Year's Eve quite well, as everything could be locked accordingly. In summer, certainly twice as beautiful, as the outdoor area is really great. The house itself is nicely divided and has enough space and space. The location in a cul-de-sac makes it pleasantly quiet and you are in all the cities of Istria worth seeing in no time. The contact via Connor and Tamara (who is the direct contact person on site) was all around great. We enjoyed our getaway.

This house with the picturesque view was everything that we hoped for and even more. 8 people (two related families with big kids) had the most wonderful time and we would all love to come back some time. Barbara and Andrej were very helpful in every way. We are very content. Loved the stargazing at midnight from upper terrace as well as the swimming pool and pool table at all time. A lot of other nice places in Istria could be reached by car, so we also did many great day trips.

Villa Faloniga is simply sensationally beautiful and you just notice that the house is only 2 years old and no costs have been spared in the well thought out construction. The workmanship and amenities are simply top notch, not to mention the quiet location and views over the vineyards 😍 The hosts are also available 24/7 and are happy to help at any time. A stay with a baby is also not a problem. We would like to provide us with a baby cot, as well as a high chair by the host. We can only recommend the villa and are considering coming back for the next few years.

Very nice contact person. Always very quick feedback and easy contact to identify key handover. The house was very beautiful and we had a great stay. In the same village there is also a place where you can eat well (only a 2-minute walk away). All in all highly recommended to spend a wonderful holiday with family or friends.

We spent a week vacation at Villa Enigma. Everything was perfect. Great decor, great outdoor kitchen, nice pool, lots of space! The house is freestanding and you are really private here. No neighbors who are disturbing. Only small downside: there is only one umbrella by the pool, so relatively little shade. All in all but a super great house! Communication on site was easy and worked well.

My family (my wife and 3 adult offspring) had the most amazing time at Villa Sonja. The villa was so comfortable and welcoming. Truly a home from home experience. So many amenities we wanted for nothing. Ivan was so helpful. We had a thorough tour of the gated property. There was an Istrian platter of meats and cheese plus basic essentials upon arrival (including beer!). Ivan also surprised us with a birthday cake for my children’s birthdays that fell on the Mon and Weds. Delicious! Ivan also arranged a sunset boat ride for us through his contacts in the tourism office. 5 mins walk to the beach. 8 mins walk to the centre. Pool and table tennis in the games room were used every day. Outdoor pool and kitchen/bbq were fantastic.

We stayed at Villa Frantoio in early August and had a wonderful holiday. The villa is in a fabulous, quiet location on the side of a hill, with views over the valley to the hilltop village of Motovun - you really never get tired of the view! The house itself is built and fitted out to an exceptionally high standard, with three good sized double bedrooms, all of which are en suite. All of the furnishings and appliances are of high quality and the hosts, Ksenija and Elvis, seem to have thought of everything - they were also very quick to respond to any query. The village of Livade, which has three restaurants and a corner shop, is a short drive down the hill. This is an exceptional villa in a glorious location, with no immediate neighbours. The photos on AirBnB reflect the reality - you won’t be disappointed.

We had a very nice time in the villa, unfortunately only 4 days. We certainly could have stayed longer. The host Toni, had good and clear contact in advance. Andrea gave us a warm welcome and we were able to contact her for everything during the rest of our stay. She is a warm, sweet, enthusiastic and caring lady. Contact with Andrea also runs very quickly and smoothly. We have nothing to complain about the villa itself. It is nice and clean both inside and outside. The pool is lovely, and also bright and clean. You are provided with everything in the villa. You don't have to leave and you can have a great time. You really won't be short of anything. The location is quiet, but within a 15/30 minute drive you will also come across nice villages/shops. A car would be useful. Thanks again Toni and Andrea for the hospitality, we will definitely come back.

Villa Cynara is spacious and as described in the text and photos. The pool is nice and fresh, and the garden area and outside kitchen are nice to spent all day outside. The close-by beaches are nice to spend a couple of hours, snorkeling near the rocks. And the cities of Pula and Rovinj are lovely to pay a visit and have a lunch or dinner.

Place was very nice and corresponded to the pictures. The water in the pool was a little dirty and the dishes never got really clean in the dishwasher. Communication with facility manager Danijel on site was very easy and hassle-free. He responded to our requests if something was missing in the house and brought missing things very quickly. Otherwise, the place was very nice and we were able to enjoy the holiday for a few days in a relaxing way.

We had a wonderful stay in this villa. Ingrid was so welcoming and responded almost instantly with any recommendations. What a wonderful host. The house was stunning, so much so it was difficult to get my teenage kids to go out during our stay. It was very peaceful and private and so so relaxing. Within a 15 minute walk is a lovely hill top town with restaurants and a lovely cafe bar. It wasn’t too touristy and it had a lovely atmosphere. A perfect stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa. You won’t regret it.

Check in was super easy and very quick. Nikola welcomed us very warmly and showed us the whole house. The house is very large and spacious with enough space to store everything. The kitchen with amenities is extremely high quality, and the best I've seen on Airbnb's vacation so far. The three large bedrooms each with a spacious bathroom with very good facilities were definitely a plus. However, the best thing about the house is the large terrace with swimming pool. The flows were not hot despite permanent sunshine and the pool was clean and high quality. It was all in all a very nice holiday and I highly recommend this place.

We felt very comfortable here. The pool and house were clean. The decor was appealing. The kitchen was very well equipped, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery were very sufficiently available. All the electronic devices described were there and worked. Didn't miss anything, that's rare. As the last house in the cul-de-sac, it was actually quite quiet, but it sounds a little back from the neighbors and the construction site. Probably unavoidable in September. We would come back as the communication with Tomislav was also very good.

The house is very well equipped, located in a very quiet corner but close to a shop, restaurants, ice creams place, church or a wonderful local place with fresh fishes every day. Pool area is outstanding - the owners offer draught beer, separate mini kitchen with large freezer and additional fridge and dishwasher, separate bathroom with toilet and shower so there's no need to go into the main house. At the back of the pool area there is a huge area for children to play (volleyball, football etc). The house is clean and tidy. You will find everything you need. Aircon is fully working so If you need a bit of cool down you can hide at home. We have had a wonderful time. Thank you for everything Ruzica,😊We will be back definitely!!!

A fantastic home. We loved the outdoor pool and the dog loved the large fully enclosed garden. Well equipped kitchen for self catering. David greeted us at the property and responded quickly when we couldn't find the place. Says its number 19 but it is actually 57 on Google maps! Good location for visiting Pula and the coast line, highly recommend a visit to Rovinj too.
