Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Province of Sondrio

Wir (Familie 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder 11+13 j.alt) hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gemütlich und genau so wie in der Beschreibung. Die Lage war perfekt, alles war gut erreichbar. Die Gastgeberin Patrizia war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir habe uns rundum wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder. La casa è un gioiellino, ma se possibile il paese e i dintorni ancor di più. Noi due e i nostri amici pelosetti ci siamo innamorati dell’aria che si respira, un posto incastonato nel tempo ma allo stesso tempo a un passo da tutto. La valmalenco e le sue montagne sono un posto mozzafiato che rimane nel cuore! Anche per i cani è un alloggio super indicato in quanto non manca spazio interno ed esterno. Compaesani simpatici e amichevoli. Lo adorerete!

Super séjour à la casa unica entre copines. L'hôte, Bruno, était aux petits soins : communication claire malgré la barrière de la langue, super réactif avec plein de recommandations et attentionné. Les pièces étaient fidèles aux photos, la chambre avec lits superposés est un peu petite pour des adultes, mais tout est fonctionnel. La maison étant partagée, les espaces extérieurs sont communs mais ça reste calme et accessible. Les terrasses privées sont tops avec une vue agréable et un environnement paisible. Tout petit bémol pour la piscine plus petite que ce que nous avions imaginé au regard des photos et pas très propre. Mais plage à proximité très agréable. Localisation super si vous avez une voiture, nous avons pu faire tous les villages du lac avec des trajets d'une heure maximum et les commerces sont à proximité. Encore un gros merci à Bruno et sa gentillesse, je vous recommande fortement de passer votre séjour à la casa unica.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich wunderschön und teils richtig niedlich eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin hat super geklappt. Man sollte sich allerdings bewusst sein, dass der Weg zur Unterkunft stark von einer normalen Straße abweicht. Man fährt etwa 20 Minuten über sehr herausfordernde Wege. Wer die Natur liebt, wird dafür aber mit absoluter Ruhe und einer traumhaften Umgebung belohnt.

Nach einer langen Fahrt sind wir bei Pierino angekommen. Er hat uns direkt herzlich begrüßt und uns das Haus gezeigt. Dabei hat er alles genau erklärt und auch jede unserer Fragen beantwortet. Er war außerdem jederzeit für uns erreichbar und hat sich auch spontan Zeit für uns genommen um uns Geheimtipps in der Umgebung zu zeigen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt, in keinem Zimmer war Staub zu finden und man hatte alles was man benötigt, von frisch bezogenen Betten zu einer gut ausgestatteten Küche, sowie Strom und Internet. Genug Feuerholz für Kamin, Pizzaofen und heißes Wasser war ebenfalls vorhanden. Aufgrund der Lage des Hauses hatte man viel Privatsphäre, kam aber auch schnell ins Wandergebiet oder nach Grosio zum nächsten Supermarkt. Hier ist für jeden etwas dabei, ob Einkaufen, Wandern, Burgruinen und Kirchen anschauen oder sich mit den netten Einwohnern unterhalten (was trotz Sprachbarriere gut funktioniert hat). Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder :) Grazie mille Pierino!

Soggiorno fantastico, la casa è molto pulita in una zona tranquilla e vicina al centro di Gravedona, raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti. Il giardino intorno all’appartamento è davvero ampio con una veranda carinissima per fare cene con gli amici e in compagnia. Casa accessoriata di tutto, Nicola, il figlio di Monica davvero disponibile e gentile, attento alle nostre esigenze. Soggiorno impeccabile lo consiglio per una vacanza relax !

Great place - photos don’t do it justice! View is amazing. Had everything we needed. A lovely stay. Also, the walk up / down to Varenna is not long. It actually took us about 12 minutes walking down (there are footpaths for short cut) and probably 15-20 minutes walking up. It is not far, just steep in some places. If you’re relatively fit / do exercise you’ll manage just fine. We never needed a taxi or bus. Would highly recommend - 10/10!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche bei Silvia in Capo di Ponte. Die Unterkunft ist für zwei Personen mit Kind und Hund eine hervorragende Option. Die Kommunikation mit Silvia war sehr gut. In capo di Ponte ist nicht viel los, im Umkreis gibt es viele Möglichkeiten was zu unternehmen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, die Ruhe tat gut. Vielen Dank nochmal!

Tre giorni splendidi in un appartamento veramente accogliente. Sembra proprio di essere a casa propria! Speriamo di poter tornare presto Grazie!

Tolle, moderne, große, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit allem was man im Urlaub braucht. Christoph ist ein freundlicher Gastgeber. Ruhig gelegen mit Parkplatz. Von Prad aus erreicht man in kurzer Zeit vielfältige Wintersport und Bergsport Ziele.

I absolutely loved this place. It was in a terrific location of a quaint village with amazing views of the wine valley and mountains. The apartment was clean and very charmingwith plenty of space. Perfect for a long or short term stay and close to all of the local wineries and restaurants. Maria was very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this place.

Appartamento moderno, pulito e confortevole e facileda raggiungere. Matteo si è dimostrato molto disponibile e gentile.

Appartamento super consigliato!! Davvero bello, recentemente ristrutturato, pulitissimo e fornito di ogni cosa. Simona è estremamente amichevole e cordiale, sempre reattiva e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 coppie con 3 bambini piccoli, e ci siamo stati veramente comodi. Camere super spaziose e sembra davvero di essere a casa. Simona gentilissima ci ha lasciato dei regalini per i bambini e una bottiglia di vino per i grandi. Appartamento a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione del Bernina express e a 10 minuti dal centro e da bar e ristoranti. Ripeto: Consigliatissimo

Magnifique logement en particulier la chambre à l'étage et sa grande terrasse avec une vue splendide sur le lac . Le logement était propre, très bonne literie et très calme .Le logement dispose d une terrasse et d un balcon couvert sur lequel on peut manger ce qui est très agréable . Il se situe près de la ville de Menaggio ( 10 mn en voiture) qui offre la possibilité de prendre le ferry pour rejoindre différents villages typiques. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons vivement ce logement.. Dommage qu'aucun dépliant touristique mis à disposition ne soit en français. Nous y reviendrons certainement avec grand plaisir .

Rundum ganz wunderbar!! Super unkomplizierte Kommunikation, super herzlicher Empfang, super sauberes Appartement, super Aussicht von den zwei(!) Balkonen. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt, highly recommended!!

Host molto disponibili e attenti. Alloggio molto pulito e ben attrezzato. Posizione molto buona per chi cerca il sole, l'aria pulita, la tranquillità. Da considerare i dieci minuti a piedi per raggiungere la baita per chi avesse problemi di deambulazione. La strada per arrivare nelle vicinanze della baita con l'auto nell'ultimo tratto é sterrata, per cui inadatta ad auto basse come correttamente segnalato dai proprietari. E' possibile effettuare escursioni a piedi interessanti dalla casa. Il segnale telefonico/dati é quasi assente e non c'é televisione, per cui l'alloggio é davvero adatto per chi vuole staccare la spina. Qualche baita nelle vicinanze.

Eine herrliche Hütte, um abzuschalten. Wunderschön idyllisch in einem kleinen Tal in der Lombardei. Ein Fluss für die Abkühlung ist schnell erreichbar, absolute Ruhe und traumhafte Berglage garantiert. Strom reicht für Licht & Laden, ein kühler Keller mit Gaskühlschrank ist vorhanden. Die Küche ist urig mit Holzofen, fein gespaltenes Holz und Feuerschale inklusive. Betten bequem, Decken warm — abends wird’s frisch. Top: Francescos Wandertipps, besonders zum glasklaren Bergsee (15 Min Fahrt + 45 Min Wanderung oder direkt 1,5h zu Fuß). Kleiner Hinweis: Für unsere Gruppe (7 Pax), die gleichzeitig und ambitioniert gekocht hat, wären zusätzliche Schneidebretter, Messer & Schüsseln praktisch gewesen — sonst alles da. Einkaufen vorher im 20 Min entfernten Ort. Kein Handyempfang — und genau das macht’s so herrlich. Abends vor dem knisternden Feuer sitzen und die Stille genießen: unbezahlbar. 10/10 — wir kommen wieder!

Charming secluded place with a great view over the valley and the mountains and sitting at night in the warm jacuzzi under the starry sky is an unforgetable experience. Nicola was a great and friendly host who sent us clear instructions and tips and was helpful and responsive even during our trip. I hope we will plan another trip to this place!

Het verblijf bij Devid en Fabio was heerlijk. Het huisje is smaakvol en modern ingericht, de bedden liggen lekker. Er is een fijne regendouche en de keuken bevat alles wat je nodig hebt. Maar, het mooiste is toch wel het uitzicht op het Comomeer. Wat een prachtig panorama dat elke dag weer een beetje anders is. In het rode boek hebben Devid en Fabio veel praktische informatie en ideeën voor excursies verzameld, wij hebben er een aantal bezocht: zonder uitzondering geslaagd. Daarnaast heeft Devid ons ons allerlei goede adviezen gegeven en ons goed begeleid in het proces van aankomen en vertrek. We voelden ons zeer welkom. Hartelijk dank daarvoor.

We really enjoyed our stay here and we would love to come back again next time we decide to come to Bormio. Amazing and beautiful location. Great views across the town and almost halfway up the mountain to Bormio 2000. Our hosts were excellent, warm, welcoming and helpful with any queries we had. Thanks to the hosts for making our stay so great!

Staying there was amazing, you have so much nature surrounding you, getting there is a little tricky but with the right car is all worth it! Andrea was really friendly and the place was clean and just like the pictures! Would definitely go again!
