The house is very spacious and has everything you need for a nice stay in Penne. The location is very good and the view from the top balcony is lovely. In advance, we received a very good and detailed description of the place and recommendations for restaurants and other things in the immediate area. This place can really be recommended.

Functional apartment. Quiet place. Good beds. If you ski Majeletta and Passo Lanciano, the apartment is well placed. Very friendly and attentive host. He provides breakfast. A large parking place is provided. Depending how many you are, the ground floor apartment can be divided and rooms opened and closed. We were in the apartment in the back of the house. I think it is a good choice if you are many to be able to use more space and rooms.

Very clean and perfect location. We stayed at Sandro’s place to visit several locations in this part of Abruzzo. There was always parking, the piazza was right around the corner, as well as our favorite place for coffee: Max’s Bar. We hope to return to Castel di Sangro and hope to stay at Sandro’s place again!

We stayed one night, but we had a great time. The house is very large,tastefully furnished and equipped with everything. Upon our arrival Laura and her son made us find water in the fridge, milk and coffee and jam for breakfast and oil and salt to cook. Everything is perfect!

Our hosts, Letizia and Piero awaited our arrival, greeting us with the famous Italian charm and grace. They made us feel welcome and were attentive to our needs. They recommended restaurants, groceries, and offered support regarding our business activities. This couple are quintessential hosts and we shall be recommending them to friends and family. They are extremely gracious and kind. The accommodating mountain home offered beautiful vistas and a relaxing atmosphere for anyone who needs to truly relax and recuperate. It was a wonderful stay!

Ezio guided us very well as Luca who is very friendly. The accommodation is very well located and reminded me of my aunt's in Popoli when I was young. There's everything you need. We will definitely be back next year...... Grazie per tutti

A great solution for those who want to stay in Castel Di Sangro. New and well-kept house in a central location, ideal for couples or families with small children. Marcello was very attentive and hospitable, providing me with everything I needed to spend days in total relaxation.

The accommodation was used by my parents and a couple of friends as a base house to visit all of Abruzzo. The location was right to reach the main Abruzzo cities (1h/1.5h maximum by car). The host was very kind and provided precise directions to the apartment and many tips for visiting Abruzzo (link to book experiences and tips on Sagre and excursions).

I stayed in the apartment for two weeks in the summer. I was able to use the pool quietly and the host was always very kind and flexible. Overall a great experience and will definitely be back in the future

We had a great vacation here. The house is very tastefully decorated. The property is very nicely located - with beautiful views of the countryside. The rooms are spacious and very bright. The kitchen is cozy and practical. Everything you need is there. In the large loggia, there is plenty of space for eating and playing in the shade. The saltwater pool is beautiful. The saltwater is more pleasant than with chlorine. The contact with Louise and Bice (on site) was always prompt and personable. We would love to come back. markus and marie

We stayed this weekend and we really enjoyed it. Free parking is available along the main street, close to the area where the apartment is located, in the center. Very bright, located on two floors joined by a wide staircase with easy steps, the house is divided into a living area with entrance, small kitchen, obtained from the under-stair area, large living room with fireplace and dining table, a first bedroom with attached closet and bathroom. Upstairs are the master bedroom and large bathroom, adjacent, equipped with both shower and bathtub, as well as washer and dryer. In the kitchen, although small, there are dishwashers, coffee makers and microwaves, as well as all the dishes and everything you need to prepare a plate of pasta with sauce! We were treated to a blueberry tart from Panzini pastry shop, really delicious! All rooms are clean and we didn't miss anything, in fact we took advantage of the pa

Casa Monte Majella was just perfect for us (6 adults + one baby). We really enjoyed the beautiful view to the mountains and the swimming pool. If you have a car, it's easy to get around and see so many different things: the see, the mountains, wine tasting and beautiful nature at Majella national park. Great position for skiing in Roccaraso, just 25min by driving from slopes. Great accommodation, everything you need. Host highly responsive and helpful and cute. Recommended

My mom and I stayed at Chez Nous while we were traveling through Abruzzo and loved our stay! L’Aquila is truly a gem and not to be missed. Chez Nous was the perfect home base for exploring the city and surrounding area. Enrichetta met us at check in to show us the parking garage and provided local recommendations, especially for Celiac-friendly restaurants. There are plenty of great restaurants and shops featuring local products of Abruzzo within walking distance. The apartment is a stone’s throw from the Basilica of San Bernadino and many other historical sites. It was remarkable to see the resilience of the city after the earthquake and see the rebuilding efforts. The apartment itself was spotless and beautifully designed and very comfortable and quiet. We really enjoyed the selection of art books about L’Aquila and Abruzzo and wished we had more time to peruse the collection! Amazing stay and we can’t wait to return!

We had an amazing stay at this place! The apartment is incredibly spacious, spotless, and just steps away from the beach. Having a supermarket right across the street and so many great restaurants nearby was super convenient. Manuel is an exceptional host — warm, welcoming, and always ready to help.
