Mireia was available for dialogue right away and was attentive to any needs even if not physically present. Nothing to complain about and the cottage, although on three floors, is cozy and gives a family feeling. Surrounded by greenery, it enjoys a lot of tranquility.

Andrea has built a a beautiful home in a magical place at the very top of a village. He was friendly and responsive, and it was one of the coolest and unique places we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

We spent seven weeks in Franco's loft house. Everything was perfect! The place is extremely quiet and the views are breathtaking. Franco is a discreet but extremely available and responsive host. Communication was excellent before our arrival and throughout the stay. Montesilvano Colle is a very pretty village and it is the starting point for many walks, each more wonderful than the last. One thing is certain: if we can return to this accommodation, we won't hesitate for a second!

We stayed the two days at the end and start of the new year. We had a great time, the house is located in a historic and very characteristic place with a wonderful view. The place is cozy, clean, tidy, and there is everything you may need from the kitchen to the bathroom, nothing is missing! In the living room there is the fireplace and the large and comfortable sofa that are the top . I recommend it to everyone, especially those who love tranquility and relax for a few days to recharge and then return to everyday life. The house is in a very quiet place. It has everything you need, I found the mattress very comfortable. Great bathroom. The road behind the house leads to the plain of the voltiglio, in 15 minutes you can get there very comfortably. Excellent paved and large roads, which is not a given in the mountains. Nadia was very helpful in recommending areas to visit, parties and more. We had a great rest. All I can do is recommend the accommodation. No problem with our big dog either. Outside there is a small grill that does its job. From where I live, the road is long, but if I want to go back, I'll definitely stay here. Thank you for everything

We had a short but wonderful stay at Diana’s. She was kind enough to host us on short notice and the place was perfect. Great location and everything we needed.

Adriana is an excellent host and a very friendly person. The house is huge and very beautiful, which you can't appreciate in the photos, and it has all the amenities (bathroom, washing machine, kitchen, clothesline). As for the location, there are several buses that are 20 minutes from both the central station and the beach and 30 minutes on foot. Pescara has the particularity that it is a central place from which you can go to other locations

As a group of 7 friends we had a great time at Raffaella's place. The private villa with the private pool provided us with a good amount of privacy and we could have a great time together, undisturbed. The place is clean with good amenities. Plenty of space to hang out, both inside and outside. Raffaella was super helpful, providing us answers to all of our questions as we've never been in the area before. We can totally recommend her place for a good relaxing time in the Abruzzo area, about 40 minutes drive from the Abruzzo airport. Make sure you rent a car, otherwise the logistics of getting here might be complicated.

everything went well, including the proximity to the beach and its amenities... the pine forest between the house and the sea that we took advantage of every day because of the heat above all during lunch... also those on the greenbay. The only note out of tune is the noise of the train that disturbs during the nest in the pine forest... common or railways should make noise barriers at least in some busiest stretches

Nice accommodation with all necessary facilities, a big garden and a magnificent pool. Located in a quiet area with superb views on the surrounding mountains. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

We stayed at Kristina's place for a weekend with friends and it was a wonderful experience. The house is spacious, beautiful, and equipped with everything we needed: absolutely nothing was missing. The view is simply beautiful, it accompanied us at all times of the day making the stay even more special. A special thank you also goes to the neighbors, Luigi and Ivana, very kind and welcoming people who made us feel really welcome. Kristina was super helpful and kind. We will definitely be back!

It is a somewhat dated apartment in a very quiet vacation complex. The location is strategic because in a few minutes you can reach the center (with a very safe cycle pedestrian road) but also leave for various excursions or for skiing. The house is comfortable and very clean with everything you need. I was impressed by the kitchen very well stocked with all the utensils, which is not obvious. The bathroom is also clean and functional. The heating works perfectly and the hot water also gave us no problems despite having 7 showers in a row. Last is the spectacular view from the balcony. Highly recommended!

We had an incredibly lovely time in this fantastic villa! It was the perfect place to enjoy a break. The house was huge and equipped with everything you could wish for. The pool was just awesome – we spent a lot of time there and enjoyed the sun. The hostess was great. She was always available and really took care of every detail so that we could feel at home. We immediately felt welcome and in good hands. The villa was also sparkling clean when we arrived and it was clear that a lot of love for detail is put into the work here. We had a really unforgettable time and will remember this trip for a long time. Definitely a clear recommendation!

Miguel was very hospitable. He had water and snacks offered to me there. In addition, he let me store my bags after checking out since I did not leave Pescara until that evening on the day of check-out.

Nice Airbnb with everything you need, with walking possibilities and cultural monuments around. Gemma was very helpful to guide us to get the car parked at the Airbnb. Highly recommended.

A super stay! Such a beautiful and private location, walking distance to the quaint old town. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Great hiking in the nearby mountains, delicious walkable restaurants, well equipped kitchen for self catering, and Bruno was a fabulous host. Excellent communication, friendly, and very helpful when we needed some assistance for our car.

This is a special place. Maurizio and Francesca were the best hosts we could‘ve hoped for. They were super welcoming and responsive and made us feel right at home. Very clean cottage, corresponding to our expectations, close to various hikes or visits including the Campo Imperatore. Bruna, the owner was very kind, responsive and very attentive to our well-being. We had a lovely time there.
