Monthly Rentals in Preggio

It was a wonderful week in Benedetta's cottage. It is decorated with a lot of love, the bed is well laid out and the shower is perfect. The kitchen is tiny, but you will find everything you might need! And the hot tub is great too. The neighbors were nice and helpful, and we didn't lack anything. Internet didn't work well at first, but this was quickly resolved by Maria Teresa. Benedetta's mother came to know regularly if everything was to your liking. Very nice!

Paolo and Flora welcomed us very warmly and we were their guests for 11 days. It is a very quiet and great accommodation, corresponds in everything to the description. Cold drinks including a bottle of wine were available in the fridge. On the table, there was a large bowl of fruit. Paolo and Flora do everything to make their guests feel comfortable. The whole property with garden was allowed to be used by us. Paolo also gave us helpful tips for the area. Paolo and Flora even accompanied us to the weekly market in Umbertide. We would like to express our sincere gratitude for this. We really enjoyed it and can only recommend it.

We had an amazing stay at Wim's place. The location is absolutely stunning, pictures can't do that view justice. The house is a great size, and has a really lovely feel. All amenities you need are catered for. We had a slight issue while staying, but Wim was super responsive and sent someone out immediately, which was great. We loved our stay and would recommend it!
