Monthly Rentals in Prather

Our family of five had an amazing stay at the Zuniga home! We were lucky to catch the tail end of the snow season at China Peak, making our trip even more memorable. Albert was incredibly communicative and went above and beyond to answer all our questions, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. The home itself was warm, inviting, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The heating and cooling worked perfectly, and each space—the bedrooms, dining area, restrooms, and living room—was just the right fit for our family. The neighborhood was peaceful and welcoming, adding to the overall charm of our visit. And a special mention to Tank, the friendly neighborhood dog—be sure to say hello if you stay here! We’re already looking forward to our next winter getaway at the Zuniga home. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience! ☺️

We would have liked to give 6 stars because this place is so great, a real little slice of heaven. Everything was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay. The capricious weather didn't bother us, we felt so good in this cottage among the trees, in a nice neighborhood with a small lake nearby. The children (3 and 7 years old) loved it, they didn't want to leave but we still had a big road trip, too bad it was too short. Perfect communication with our hosts.
