Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Positano

This Airbnb is in a perfect location. The view is beyond beautiful. The casa is very nice with everything you need. Great communication. Warning-as in the description of the property. There are legitimately 100 concrete steps to get to the Casa. You wind through beautiful landscaping with birds chirping. If you need a luggage Porter, Enzo can arrange that for you. We ran late due to traffic and missed our opportunity for a porter and it was absolutely a struggle getting our bags up there. It was much easier coming down :) The terrace is amazing! very large and set up with plenty of seating. The view from the terrace again, is breath taking of Positano!! 5 stars and I highly recommend.

Breath taking views! Super location with bus stop just steps from apartment. Very clean, and wonderful host! Comfortable bedding and everything you need for your stay! Can book with your eyes closed, we would definitely stay again!

A perfect place to stay to explore Pompeii, Sorrento and Amalfi coast. Adriana was the most welcoming, friendly and nicest hosts we have ever met! It honestly felt like nothing was too much for her! Even before we arrived she helped us with tips on the local train times, places to visit, where to park for attractions etc. Adriana kindly gave us a lift to the local station (Pioppaino) so we could enjoy a day out in Sorrento. The air b and b is immaculate, so well equipped with everything you need. The outside space and pool are also amazing, the perfect place to relax in the day and evening. The location is great as it’s close to the Pompeii site, and also easy to explore the surrounding areas such as Sorrento and Amalfi Coast. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone thinking of staying in this area! Thank you so much for an amazing stay, we hope to be back!😊

Magnificent!! Clean, comfortable, peaceful and so many extras. Went above and beyond with communication, booking tours, restaurant and transport. The views are breathtaking and ammenities excellent, with lots of room! Beautiful established gardens and lovely family, felt safe and very looked after. If you're even thinking about staying at Giovanna's La Palombara AirBnB, just drop what you're doing and book it! The views are out of a fairy tale with the most beautiful Mediterranean sunsets directly off the balcony (or the amazing boat hot tub), Mt Vesuvius to the NE, and the sea and cliff side town of Vico Equense to the SE. The location is perfect as it's just a 10-15 min walk from the downtown area of Vico Equense and it's delicious pizza and gelato (Go to Gelateria Gabriele and get the gelato sandwich on brioche!), but it's very private along the Mediterranean cliffside. The room itself was very clean, and Giovanna provides some drinks in the refrigerator for a small fee. One of the best parts was waking up to a breakfast provided by Giovanna and her husband: coffee, bruschetta, omelettes made from fresh eggs, croissants, etc. They also provide transportation to and from the town center if necessary and can provide some excellent tour recommendations.10/10 We miss you already!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Alessandra. Angelo was a great help in getting us checked in, parking our car and providing good restaurant tips. The Casa had everything our family of four needed. The stairs added to the local charm and were a good workout! Checkout was equally straightforward. I highly recommend this property.

Our stay here exceeded our expectations. The view is gorgeous, the space is clean and extremely functional, and the location is perfect. The town is busy and bustling with tourists and locals. Embrace it. Take it all in. Lots of stairs as is typical with Positano. Take it slow. No need to be in a hurry. Take advantage of all the stairs by stopping to take in the views and get photos.. The shopping in the area is great and Vito's family owns and operates a clothing store/brand and a handful of local yummy restaurants. Even though we didn't have a lot of time to spend at our private beach, it is amazing and there is a small dock where you can arrange your boat tour to pick you up. The family that owns this bnb are so sweet and accommodating. The host is very responsive with any questions and even arranged a taxi on a day we felt like doing a little less walking. I woul definitely book this space again. Until next time..

Cannot say enough about this fabulous stay. Fabrizio met us at the train station and carried our luggage as he toured the neighbourhood for us. Showed us around the apartment and answered all of our questions. He also scouted out gluten free restaurants for us as I am a celiac. Top 10 greeting.

great experience and unbelievable view! there is an elevator which is nice but you do have to pay 1 euro each way (up and down= 2 euros). I will say the bed is 2 separate beds/mattress pushed together into one sheet. Washer in unit, rooftop great view and great communicative hosts!!

I had a wonderful stay at Rosa’s in Naples! The location was great—central and convenient for exploring the city. What really made the experience stand out though was the host. Rosa was incredibly helpful, offering plenty of local recommendations that really made our trip. Communication was smooth from start to finish, and she was an absolute delight to deal with. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Naples!

Hands down one of my best Airbnb experiences. Mario was super communicative from the beginning and checked in on us to make sure the stay was great. The owners, Michele and Anna, were wonderful. It felt like home away from home. They really went out of their way to make sure we felt like we were at home. I would 100% recommend the fish dinner. Anna is an amazing chef! Aside from the perfect stay, be sure to rent a car, scooter, or bike for convenient transportation. Book this place, you won’t regret it!

Our stay at this Airbnb was truly memorable! The location was perfect, with easy access to all the local attractions, and the apartment itself was beautifully decorated and incredibly cozy. We especially loved the balcony with a view. The host was also very responsive and helpful, providing great recommendations for local spots. We did encounter a minor issue with ants in the kitchen area, but it was manageable. Overall, this didn't detract significantly from our wonderful experience, and we would definitely recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a charming and well-located place to stay. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Raffaele’s place was just as described. It is about a 10 minute walk into the top of town but quite easy along the road. The parking space was very useful (though I don’t recommend actually driving in Positano!). The patios were very nice and one included chickens making fresh eggs. Overall a great experience!

Ida's place has the most amazing view that the walk up the hill, then the stairs, was worth it! Sitting on the huge deck in the mornings and evenings was very pleasant. After exploring the craziness of the surrounding towns of Amalfi, Ravello and Positano, we were happy to come back to the relative calm of Praiano. Beware that travel on the busses is cheap, but pretty unreliable time wise from Praiano given the gridlock to other towns. Just get the right mindset and you'll have an awesome time. Ida is very helpful and a wonderful host.

A great place for a family or group of friends. You will love sitting outside in the mornings and evenings. Kitchen had coffee and morning treats stocked and everything was very clean and in working order. Washer and dryer was great for our family of 3. Numerous restaurants just moments away. Groceries and bus stop up a bunch of steps but very manageable. Walking up to the unit was a workout, but with pull carry-ons and a backpack each, was manageable if you just take the few stairs to the right of the harbour and then the main road. We took the steps up which was a challenge but we just stopped when needed. Taking the road all the way down to the port was easy - about 25-30 mins. Was an unforgettable stay in one of the most unique cities - thank you so much!

This was the last stop on our two week Italian holiday and it was by far the best place we stayed. Roberto assisted me many times with queries and even went out of his way to organise a driver for us in Amalfi which made our travel seamless. We met Roberto's mother on arrival who kindly showed us around the apartment and all the amenities including the washing machine which was a great bonus. Robertos place is a beautiful sanctuary overlooking a gorgeous coastline, the view is even better than the photos . We watched the sunrise from the balcony which was spectacular. The apartment is close to town centre but far enough away to be nice and quiet and feel like a local. (Da Donna Alfonoso pizzeria is 2min away and the food and service is incredible). It was close to an easy download hill walk to minori to start the path of the lemons too. We would book here again in a heartbeat.

Awesome stay! I stayed or only one night, but was amazed by the view of the city laying in bed. Fabrizio was very helpful giving me restaurant recommendations and was very accommodating! I would recommend this place to anybody who wants a nice quiet local spot while also getting a breathtaking view of the coast. I will certainly stay here again!

Our stay was fantastic! Prior to our arrival, the host gave us great recommendations and constructions on how to reach praiano. When I missed my first bus out of Amalfi, she sent me information on when the next bus would arrive in real time! She was so patient and accommodating even though we had a couple of delays in our travel day! She met us at the Airbnb for check in to show us around and made sure we had everything we needed! There was a welcome bottle of champagne, pasta, tomatoes, and eggs from her very own chickens (not on site) for us to cook with and enjoy! The view was just astounding. We loved eating dinner on the terrace while the sun went down and the lights came on in Positano. There were so many great restaurants in walking distance, and everybody was so nice!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The view was absolutely incredible, and the jacuzzi tub was fantastic, such a perfect way to relax after exploring. The apartment itself was just right and the location couldn’t have been better: close to shops and restaurants, yet peacefully tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Positano and Amalfi. My only downside was that many things, like parking and items in the fridge, came with additional charges. The host was a little pushy about tours, but on the bright side, she arranged an incredible private cooking class for us just upstairs, with stunning sea views, definitely worth it! Overall, I would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a beautiful and convenient base near Amalfi.

Location was great. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Communications with host were great. Very pleasant stay and highly recommend. Train was close allowing us a quick trip to Pompeii to visit the ruins.

The house is really very beautiful, cared for to the smallest detail with very refined furniture. It is super clean and equipped with every comfort. There is also a fantastic coffee machine and everything you need for breakfast. What makes the difference is a fantastic terrace. Beyond expectations!

Daniela went above and beyond with her hospitality! She left us snacks, drinks, and gifts… she booked private transfer for us to and from her place.. and she also gave us a lift into the city center at one point! Very kind host and also very clear with her directions. Not to mention how beautiful and stunning her place is with the most perfect view! This was our first time in Positano; We stayed for 2 nights but wish we could have stayed for longer. Highly recommend!
