Recently renovates, Positano Holiday House a family run-house, is about 7 minutes walk to the main beach ( Spiaggia Grande) and the city centre Free WI-FI, air-conditioning in each room, flat-screen TV. The house is situated in Via Pasitea 281 (the main road of Positano), everything you need is close the house ( Bar, Restaurant, Market, Tabacco shop, Laundry, Bus Stop). One thing very important and not very easy to find in Positano is: the house is close the road so we have just 15 steps!!!

La Conchiglia – A Balcony Suspended Over the Blue

Villa La Conchiglia is a 100 m² holiday home located in the upper part of Positano, in the Chiesa Nuova district. You reach the villa by walking down approximately 95 steps from Via Guglielmo Marconi. This public staircase is the only access to the property and offers an authentic taste of Positano’s landscape. The villa sits just below the Town Hall, in a peaceful and well‑connected area of the village. The Spiaggia Grande can be reached in 20 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by the local bus.
