What an awesome house! We loved our stay there.

Quite a remarkable villa in its own extensive private grounds. One of the highlights was meandering down through a maze of trees and bushes to the private beach, butterflies fluttering about and lizards sunning themselves on the rocks. The pool was a hit with everyone at the end of a hot day and our family meals overlooking the bay with a light breeze cooling us were magical. My wife and I stayed in the roundhouse as I'm a coeliac and did all my cooking separate from the others. It would have been an amazing holiday in there with just the two of us, but having all of our extended family with us made it extra special. We chartered a boat and spent a day sailing the crystal clear waters and snorkeling in the lagoon and off the many unspoilt islands. I can't think of a better place to spend a relaxing week with family and we will certainly be back.

Great family-friendly, well-kept house with large garden. We felt extremely comfortable. The hostess was very attentive and provided us with everything from the children's travel cot, changing utensils to children's toys for our toddler. Communication with the host was very pleasant. Also an absolute recommendation for families with small children.

Davide was very friendly, helpful and reliable and we enjoyed our stay in Sardinia. He was always easy to reach and allowed us to check in early. The house really looks like in the pictures and was impeccably clean. The surrounding area is very quiet and rural, which was perfect for us (but you definitely need a car). As there is no real heating and the house has a rather high ceiling, we felt it was a bit too cold staying there in springtime.

Very friendly host. Very nice house, modern style, beautiful and large outdoor area. Kitchen very well equipped. The house is very quiet at the end of a street, lots of privacy. 3 bathrooms, but unfortunately you couldn't hang your towels anywhere in the bathroom. A folder of tips would have been helpful. Unfortunately, the pool was already very cold at the beginning of October. In general, the place is already very extinct in October and beaches are partly no longer made. All in all, but the place is highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay. Everything was as expected from start to finish. The place was spotless, comfortable, and exceeded all our expectations.

The villa was beautiful and really well equipped for our stay. Great to have beach towels available! The supermarket was within walking distance as was a beach. There were several other nice beaches close by but you would need a car to reach them. The hosts were excellent and we would certainly recommend the villa to others.

Lovely villa in amazing setting. Fabulous views. Helpful local host called Marco. Bathrooms have been updated since the photos so are better than they appear in the listing. Local amenities are walkable and bus takes you to Olbia for just €1.50. We had great weather, used the pool and the beach which is a short walk away.

Two words: amazing view! Even just for that we highly recommend this place. Besides the breathtaking view on the sea and the town from the hill where we we’re situated, the house was very cute and cozy, the pool was clean. The host has welcomed us with a remarkable bottle of local white wine, which was the final touch to make us feel right at home

What a stunning place! The house was very clean and super comfortable, with everything we needed for our two families to have a wonderful time together and share many family meals. The upstairs self-contained apartment has three bedrooms (two of them are ensuite) and has breathtaking views of the bay. Downstairs is split across two levels, with another three bedrooms (two also ensuite). The location and surroundings are just out of this world. We’re are already missing having breakfast with that picture perfect view and having private access to a cute secluded beach! There was a well-stocked supermarket only a 2 min drive away, other bigger and also beautiful beaches nearby. Porto Rotondo, which we absolutely loved, is only a 20 min drive. We had an epic holiday here! Thanks Ekaterina for making us feel right at home!

Furniture needs to be updated

this house is so beautiful, new and clean. It is perfect for group of friends or families. It is close to the Main Street of the town and restaurants. Our hosts are very kind and warm. We had great time here. I would recommend this house for whom want to visit the north Sardegna.

My two friends and I really enjoyed our time at Luca‘s house! The house is located in a very rural, calm area, but at the same time only 5-7 minutes away from the city center of Orosei. So we had our calm space and privacy, while also having nearby opportunities to go to a supermarket or have breakfast/ dinner. Everything we needed was available and Luca was easy to reach any time, and was super friendly! The view from the terrace was amazing, and we truly enjoyed our mornings and evenings sitting there on the terrace. We especially enjoyed the company by Luca‘s dog Orsa, and some cats walking around the area as well :) We would definitely come again!

The place was beautiful! Very pleasant, clean and functional! Pina is very thoughtful and available. We had a lovely stay and will be happy to come back :)

Very good place we stayed 11 days the villa was impeccable and the hosts were easy to reach and kind. If you want to visit all of my Sardinia we recommend that you rent a car so that you can get around.

Lovely place which appeared as promised. Proximity to a small private beach was ideal. The garden was a very enjoyable bonus. Riccardo was a fantastic host. He was super friendly, helpful and responsive. We had issue with the WiFi and he was on it/proactive/in constant communication. We also took his recommendation for a private boat charter which was an excellent one. Overall, great stay and would recommend it!

We met very nice and very open people. The place is quiet and peaceful. Very well proportioned. Very nice pool. Close to Santa Teresa. Nice little town. Beach (very nice). Nearby. Excellent. 👌 🪴😘

We had a lovely time in Sardinia in Sara's sweet and cozy place. We were 5 adults and the size was completely sufficient for us. However, for more than 5 adults we would not recommend it as it could get too tight in the long run. The house was well decorated, the kitchen fully equipped and it was very clean. The house included a beautiful pool, a practical outdoor shower and a small children's corner that we did not use. In our time there was a cat with 2 kittens on the property which we regularly provided. We'd appreciate it if they could continue to be taken care of. Particularly noteworthy is that we had a very flexible check-in time and were therefore allowed into the house before. Sara was very friendly and always available. We were completely satisfied and would come again!

We had a wonderful vacation in Villa Lia and felt very comfortable and well rested. Everything we needed was there. Many thanks to Monica, who took wonderful care of us on site with her warmth and reliability. We can fully recommend Villa Lia.
