This is the perfect spot to enjoy the views of the nearby beaches and marinas of the upscale Porto Cervo. Tucked away in a complex that’s just a short walk from all of the lovely yachts - the view from the roof is a stunner! The house has everything you need. Very cute front yard and patio, good internet, clean and stocked. Elisabetta was very welcoming and helpful. One thing to note is you will get three keys and have to use one of them to open the arm for the gate to drive in. Very easy. Area is very upscale and safe . The beach free parking card provided was amazing and made visiting the beaches a breeze. If you want to visit Porto Cervo, this is the place to stay!

The location and landscapes are stunning. A beautifully clean home and the perfect location in which to explore the east coast of Sardinia. Great communication with the host. We’ll be back for sure.

Spectacular stay, immersed in the Gallura countryside, in the garden of the house tall oak trees, shady, and a beautiful swimming pool to cool off in the absence of a nearby beach. We had the very pleasant company of two kittens, polite and affectionate, and as night fell, a land hedgehog visited us, curious but discreet. Very cool house inside, a pleasant surprise for the start of summer. Unexpected amenities in a country house: the dishwasher! It saved us from tedious after-dinner housework. Comfortable beds, a large bathroom with a washing machine, and a large and bright dining room. And surprise... free Wi-Fi! We thank Antonio for the pleasant weekend and we will be back!

Great place with plenty of space and nice amenities. Great reception by the local caretaker couple on site, who were prepared with advice, local specialties, and good spirits. This was our second stay at Patrizia's gorgeous house, we booked as soon as we got home after our visit the previous year, which probably is the highest recommendation I can give. The house is in a beautiful, quiet, rural location with stunning views over the surrounding hills and coastline. The house is rustic inside and out, in-keeping with the old Sardinian farm house that it was. It was clean and tidy inside, with everything that we needed during our stay. The surrounding gardens are left beautifully wild and we saw a variety of birds and wildlife during our stay (including tortoises!). Despite the rural location, it is still within easy driving distance of the beautiful coast, the town of Palau and surrounding countryside. The major supermarkets in Palau are approx' 20 minutes drive away and to get to the nearest beach is similar. We went for some amazing hikes during our stay with a mixture of coastal walks and mountain trails.

We had a very nice stay. We particularly appreciated the quiet location and the beautiful garden. You could walk to the beach in a few minutes. Restaurants and bars are also within walking distance. Those who come for kitesurfing or wind/wings surfing have it very close to the corresponding spots. The accommodation is also an ideal starting point for excursions to the area by rental car. You can easily park outside the house. Communication was flawless and very accommodating. We will come back very gladly!

Perfect accommodation. Very well equipped with 2 bathrooms, washing machine and dryer! Very nice accommodation, in a beautiful green area. It is close to Olbia and all the beaches and villages to visit. Bruna was just perfect and very welcoming. Thank you for everything!

The apartment is nice and very spacious with everything you need and the community pool it’s lovely! It does get very hot without AC but the fans did help.

We had a wonderful two-week stay at Annagiulia’s apartment. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. It’s very well equipped — from dish soap and detergent to coffee capsules, playing cards, chess, and a great book collection. We were greeted with delicious Sardinian sweets, and check-in/out was seamless, thanks to the detailed instructions.
Annagiulia was a fantastic host — helpful, responsive, and full of great recommendations for restaurants and beaches. Halfway through our stay, the apartment was cleaned and we received fresh sheets and towels, which was a lovely touch.
The location is perfect: a short drive to stunning beaches, shops, and great restaurants. There’s even a nice pool just steps away. One of our favorite features was the terrace — with breathtaking views. We spent many peaceful days relaxing in the garden.
We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would love to return!

The Villa is beautiful and the pool stunning. Never have I stayed somewhere so well equipped. The peaceful location in the mountains and the outside seating areas are lovely to come back to after a day out. The owner is a designer and you can tell from the beautiful floor tiles, bathrooms and lighting.

We stayed at the property in the low season and highly recommend. Communication went smoothly, we were welcomed warmly and friendly. The place has a beautiful view of the mountains and is very private. We felt really comfortable and there was nothing missing in the accommodation. The neighboring cat Merlina also sweetened our stay very sweet, which was really nice. The place was very clean and had everything you need. Shopping & restaurants were 5 minutes away, really straightforward. The barbecue (lotus) is very small and not suitable for larger evenings, you should know that. The pool was not yet available to us in the low season (mid-May), but when we left, it was already filled with water so you can expect it to be usable from June. We would definitely come again (especially at this time) and will always remember this.

An amazing place for an unforgettable vacation. It met all my expectations. The house is beautifully located, surrounded by a beautiful olive grove, and everyday cicadas concerts add even more charm. Perfect for people looking for a break away from the hustle and bustle of the city - yet close to beautiful beaches, restaurants, and attractions. Comfortable and well equipped house, terrace and pool. A dream place where you'll be welcomed by the charming and warm Paolo. And you can only regret that the vacation has passed so quickly…

worth in all ways , place is beutiful, house all as you can expect from pictures , with wonderful sea view, Antonella was a great host , always helped and responded really fast, price was way better than other places in the area, it is in a smaller village, even though there is city with all the shops and necessities 20 minutes by feet , or 5 minutes by car, one thing to note , me as a remote worker, WiFi was very fast and stable!

That was a lovely stay. The cottage is charming, in a beautiful neighborhood. Boulders and old trees around the house. The square around the house is well-maintained. The place was clean, quiet, peaceful. It’s a bit difficult to find. The road that leads to the apartment is very bumpy, and you’re not sure if you’re on the right road. But it’s a wonderful place.Andrea and Anna are wonderful hosts. They answered my text timely and always to the point, thank you Highly recommended to anyone who’s looking forward peace, quiet and relaxations. We’re enjoyed very much ❤️❤️

We had a divine time in a quiet area, complete with a fenced garden useful for children's play; independent entrance to the apartment with outdoor table and deck chairs and ample space without prying eyes: you can safely go out in your underwear that no one nearby can see... car parking in front of the entrance. Beaches can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Freeway attached to the house. Tranquility reigns in the evening, with a deep darkness devoid of public and private lighting, with a starry sky.

We had a great stay in Elisa‘s apartment. It is very well equipped and a good starting point for visiting Olbia and the surrounding. There is free parking in front of the house.

Nice place as a private guest house with its own parking garden and bbq. 3 minutes walking from beach , quite convenient.
