Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Porto Recanati

This accommodation is a little paradise, with a great welcome from Giordano, Massimo's dad, who gave us some great tips for sightseeing and offered us good wine. We had everything we needed for breakfast. Too bad, we didn't meet Massimo because we were away during his visit. Very nice house, well-equipped, good bedding, and great panorama.

The farmhouse is simply a heavenly place. Beautiful structure both inside for the rooms, and outside for the large spaces and with breathtaking views. Giannina and her husband welcomed us and made us feel right at home, their daughter kept in touch with us for every need. A short but relaxing vacation. We had a great time, including the dogs who were able to run around everywhere. A truly unforgettable place! ♥️

What can I say? Everything went perfectly. The house is delightful, large, comfortable, with a view of the hills that slope down to the sea that... makes you feel very good. The place is the perfect epicenter for those who want to "mix" the sea with daily excursions to discover all the beauty of this land.

The house is nestled in a village rich in history, and you can walk to both the sea and the surrounding woods, taking beautiful walks. We were greeted by co-host Antonella who did her best to help us with our luggage (our car was too big and we were unable to enter the square in front of the house). The ground floor has undergone a conservative renovation that respected the original materials but ensured significant efficiency, new bathrooms, new kitchen, excellent heating considering the many rooms. The house is cozy, bright, spacious (three bedrooms and two bathrooms) and there are two beautiful terraces with an unparalleled sea view. We had a great time and really enjoyed life in the village.

The place is so special. Livia and her family were there at the same time as us and treated us like one of the group. Such kindness! The house is so beautifully decorated with the right amount of homey decor. They have everything you need to cook in if you choose. They also provide a ton of local and drivable spots to eat and do activities. We loved the dogs and felt very safe with them around! The checkout time is listed as 11am on the app, but remember it is 10am.

Very nice and new house, you can get to the sea and good restaurants very quickly. The nearby railroad tracks were still disturbing at night, but we really liked it. Beautiful kitchen and everything very clean. Aldo also helped us a lot and provided us with important information and tips😊. It was a lovely stay

Our stay at Liliana's was excellent, everything was last minute since we didn't plan to stay in Ancona and she was super nice to us, she offered to pick us up and also take us to see the nearby city. At all times she was ready to meet our needs and make our stay as comfortable as possible, and she did it! As for the location, it is a quiet area away from the city but you can get to the beach in less than 10 minutes on foot. The apartment was very nice, comfortable and as shown in the photos. we stayed only for one night, but everything was well organized and comfortable. The apartment matches the description and the owners were very quick and efficient in fulfilling our requests. At the entrance of the apartment they made us find the air conditioning on, the fridge already with fresh drinks and coffee, much appreciated thanks Rachele and Conrad, we will definitely return to visit the place.

Alessandra's apartment is beautiful. It is furnished with a lot of love and we lacked nothing for our stay. The view from the terrace to the old town is sensational! There are beautiful pictures throughout the apartment, including beautiful illustrated books. Really a very nice apartment, which was also very clean. We were also allowed to arrive earlier. Thank you for that! The city of Ascoli Piceno is very beautiful and there is also so much to discover in the area.

We had an absolutely amazing stay with Kristy and James. They were very welcoming and friendly, had a lot of great suggestions for what to see and do in the area as well as were extremely helpful and flexible. The house was beautiful with a view as seen in the pictures, i.e. in the countryside but quite close to the cozy little town of Mogliano. The swimming pool was a big plus for our kids who used it almost every day. The apartment was, as the photos show, cozy and authentic, and with a well-equipped kitchen. A plus for our family was also their lovely and very child-friendly dog, Bandit. We hope to come back another time and can only recommend a stay with Kristy and James.

Terrazzo sul Conero was an amazing farm stay. The appartment was very clean. It had a balcony with beautiful panoramic views. From the farm we were able to do the hike- Passo del Lupo. Sirolo is a short 2 minute drive from the farm. The beaches also a short drive. Spiaggia Michele and Spiaggia Sassi Neri. Since it was off season we were able to park nearby. The family lived on the farm. They were very kind and as I spoke Italian had some good chats. Even gave us some of their home made oil to try.

A painting from every window, beautiful landscape! The clean and comfortable accommodation with everything you need for our family, even the pool and garden are cared for in detail. Great starting point for various trips, by car you can easily reach the beaches and other centers to visit such as Recanati, Osimo and Loreto. We hope to be back soon!

Fabia is a great hostess, She waited for us in front of the accommodation and explained everything important to us and gave us more information about the area. Your place is super clean and tastefully furnished with very well-maintained furniture. It is also much brighter than shown in the pictures. The center of Sirolo is about 10 minutes' walking distance, it only goes downhill once and then uphill again to the city and you are already there and can enjoy an incredible view. A great place!

Beautiful apartment directly located across the beach, the view from the terrace is incredible. A lot of restaurants in close vicinity, also a supermarket close. Very friendly and responsive hosts. The only thing to maybe add on the critical side is the noise of the train in close proximity. But you can't avoid that in Grottammare if you want to be close to the beach. So, close the windows in the bedrooms, put on the (well-working) AC and enjoy this beautiful place.

Excellent hospitality, very pleasant small touches dedicated to the customer. Clean and tidy house, equipped with all comforts. Fair price. We had a good time. A bit of a peripheral area but still a short walk from the center of Jesi, which deserves to be visited.

I booked last minute, Alessio was super responsive and confirmed shortly after booking. The house is very well cared for and within a private and quiet area with the possibility of parking. i would definitely come back

Our stay was simply perfect, the two of them were extraordinarily helpful and the house was so clean and tidy that we have never felt as comfortable in other places as we did here. It didn’t seem possible, but the view is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. Highly recommended for a peaceful, beautiful, relaxing stay in the Italian countryside near the ocean. The view from the pool is absolutely spectacular and the hosts are so welcoming.

Our stay was amazing, better than the pictures. Upon arrival, we were met by the owner and greater with home made wine and shown around. The surrounding grounds were immaculate and it was peaceful. Coming from America, I was sure I would be uncomfortable without AC or a fan. I found however, that we were very comfortable and the nightly breeze through the house at night was better than a fan. We would definitely stay again, we loved our week stay!

A very nice, clean and comfortable apartment! The location is great, and everything you need is within walking distance: the sea, the city center, restaurants, clubs and the supermarket. Very quiet area, ideal for a perfect vacation.

We stayed for 9 days in Numana - lovely little resort, very relaxed with easily accessible amenities like cafes, restaurants & supermarkets nearby.
