Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great stay. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

Beautiful apartment and Paolo is very nice and helpful. In October it was already quiet, but still nice weather. The only drawback: The house is close to a train route. However, this applies to all houses by the sea and did not bother us after the first day. Overall, we were very satisfied.

Brand new apartment, cozy and with attention to the smallest details. The hosts are very nice, friendly and very hospitable people.....we will come back again

We had a great stay at Robert and Joanna's guest house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. They even provided some treats from their own garden. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and the view is possibly even better. We enjoyed the serenity and the beautiful scenery. Perfect to discover Monti Sibillini and go for a hike. You will also find several cosy villages nearby, like Penna San Giovanni and Sarnano. We would definitely come again!

What can I say? Everything went perfectly. The house is delightful, large, comfortable, with a view of the hills that slope down to the sea that... makes you feel very good. The place is the perfect epicenter for those who want to "mix" the sea with daily excursions to discover all the beauty of this land.

We were only passing through and needed a place to sleep, but was nevertheless a nice stay. Small, cute room, clean and cozy. Quiet environment, parking in front of the house. Hostess was super friendly We enjoyed it.

The house is nestled in a village rich in history, and you can walk to both the sea and the surrounding woods, taking beautiful walks. We were greeted by co-host Antonella who did her best to help us with our luggage (our car was too big and we were unable to enter the square in front of the house). The ground floor has undergone a conservative renovation that respected the original materials but ensured significant efficiency, new bathrooms, new kitchen, excellent heating considering the many rooms. The house is cozy, bright, spacious (three bedrooms and two bathrooms) and there are two beautiful terraces with an unparalleled sea view. We had a great time and really enjoyed life in the village.

The listing is in a very nice place. The infinity pool is huge with stunning views. The house is very well maintained and the garden is beautiful. We were welcomed by Stefania but spent the stay with Pia and Agno who are Stefania's parents. What happiness, a wonderful meeting, very touching and human. They took great care of us. We are really touched by our exchanges and if we return to the area, we will be happy to see them again.

We spent five nights in May with four people in Chiara's apartment. We felt very comfortable there and were completely satisfied. We especially liked the outdoor area. We enjoyed cooking and eating outside. Outdoor shower and pool are great. Self check-in/out were perfectly professionally organized. Thank you!

Our stay at Liliana's was excellent, everything was last minute since we didn't plan to stay in Ancona and she was super nice to us, she offered to pick us up and also take us to see the nearby city. At all times she was ready to meet our needs and make our stay as comfortable as possible, and she did it! As for the location, it is a quiet area away from the city but you can get to the beach in less than 10 minutes on foot. The apartment was very nice, comfortable and as shown in the photos. Alessandra's apartment is beautiful. It is furnished with a lot of love and we lacked nothing for our stay. The view from the terrace to the old town is sensational! There are beautiful pictures throughout the apartment, including beautiful illustrated books. Really a very nice apartment, which was also very clean. We were also allowed to arrive earlier. Thank you for that! The city of Ascoli Piceno is very beautiful and there is also so much to discover in the area.

We had an absolutely amazing stay with Kristy and James. They were very welcoming and friendly, had a lot of great suggestions for what to see and do in the area as well as were extremely helpful and flexible. The house was beautiful with a view as seen in the pictures, i.e. in the countryside but quite close to the cozy little town of Mogliano. The swimming pool was a big plus for our kids who used it almost every day. The apartment was, as the photos show, cozy and authentic, and with a well-equipped kitchen. A plus for our family was also their lovely and very child-friendly dog, Bandit. We hope to come back another time and can only recommend a stay with Kristy and James.

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

The loft was very nicely decorated and just like in the photos. There was everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is super central – and in just about 5 minutes you can walk to the beach. I would also like to highlight Filippo and his team: If you have any questions or concerns, they always responded quickly and helpfully. The place was also very clean. Clear recommendation

The apartment was exactly as in the photos. Flexible check-in, great communication with the host and a perfectly prepared apartment. The kitchen is well equipped, but due to the many good restaurants nearby, it was rarely used. The view of the sea from the terrace is fantastic. Our family vacation experience with three small children was pleasant and positive. The house and the large garden are cared for and comfortable to stay. The house is cozy and also equipped with games and beautiful children's books. We moved by car to go to the sea and visit the surroundings, but if you want, you can also get around by bike. Elisa is very friendly and helpful, ready to solve any inconvenience. The neighbors are also friendly and it was a pleasure to chat with them.

The accommodation met our expectations, it is true to the description, cared for in its details and Patrizia is really very attentive, available and present to meet the needs of the guests and solve small problems that may occur (such as a drilled wheel). The apartment is well equipped and therefore already perfect, even for the summer stay. In addition, bicycles are available, very useful, in a week we never moved the car: the center of sbt and the promenade can be reached in a few minutes by bike. We really liked everything, the suprlus is definitely done by Patrizia, present, kind but not intrusive. So many many compliments! It's rare to find such an attentive host and such a well-maintained and well-equipped apartment! If we have the chance we will definitely come back! Thank you

Luigi introduced us to his town, Acquaviva Picena. Its home offers a fantastic view in a beautiful place overlooking the valley. 10 minutes by car you are in San Benedetto del Tronto. Great place for great excursions that will always remain in your heart. The house is not missing anything at all and Luigi was impeccable. Thanks for your hospitality!!!

the apartment is a real gem, tastefully furnished, we really liked it. very comfortable beds (for us it was an essential thing). you are very well, we felt at home. a plus is the terrace, spacious for dining out and with two nice beach loungers for sunbathing. the owners very nice and helpful. the sea is a few minutes walk, clean and with very fine sand. it was a regenerating vacation.

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

Very nice apartment, with a delightful view and excellent usability of the outdoor spaces. The apartment, expertly renovated, offers all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Excellent location both for the distance from the sea, you cross the road and reach the beach, and from the city center, a walk along the promenade allows you to arrive in a few minutes. Friendly welcome and helpfulness from the host. Recommended solution!!

I booked last minute, Alessio was super responsive and confirmed shortly after booking. The house is very well cared for and within a private and quiet area with the possibility of parking. i would definitely come back

Our stay was simply perfect, the two of them were extraordinarily helpful and the house was so clean and tidy that we have never felt as comfortable in other places as we did here. They were really friendly hosts and in addition they took care of our furry friend when we were not at home... an unforgettable experience, in fact, we will soon be more than happy to go back! thank you.
