Very pleasant vacation at the house of Marco Claudio, a helpful and very kind person. Upon arrival we found a bottle of great red, bread, a salami, a large basket of fresh fruit, and coffee pods for the machine. We were offered a great aperitif during the stay. Great attention to the guest. The house is beachfront (also a free beach) and in front of a pine forest with a children's playground. It has a comfortable garden, large living room, spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms both with a bathtub. Small kitchen but with everything you need (2 refrigerators and 1 dishwasher). Highly recommended apartment!

My boyfriend and I felt welcomed and had a really great time, like at home, the place is beautiful, pleasant and quiet. I highly recommend it. The house is very clean and even without air conditioning it is cool due to its location, despite the small climb is a short walk from the sea, and , if the climb you do not want to take a bus you can find🙃! again, thank you Domenico and Pamela.

Beautiful apartment and Paolo is very nice and helpful. In October it was already quiet, but still nice weather. The only drawback: The house is close to a train route. However, this applies to all houses by the sea and did not bother us after the first day. Overall, we were very satisfied.

I was on vacation for a week with a friend. We had a great time, the apartment is very nice, bright and clean, we felt at home! Mara was super nice and always available, she met us regarding the various check-in and check-out times and advised us what to see and visit in the area and which restaurants to go to. Highly recommended and definitely a place worth returning to!!!

Communication with Eleonora was straightforward and very friendly. From arrival Stefano was our contact, very hospitable and helpful. He showed us the apartment, explained all the special features, helped with everything and was quick to respond if there were problems. Friday afternoon arrival, Internet/WiFi does not work. Although the repair lasted until Monday, our departure day, Stefano took care of it, despite the weekend. We found it very pleasant to have personal contact. The apartment is truly special. Clear architecture, pleasant colors, good amenities, cozy. Actually, it is very close to the sea, but everything is very built up, hotels and restaurants probably conquered the squares in recent years. Unfortunately, no access to the beach in the vicinity was possible with a dog, so we drove to Pesaro and Fano. Thanks to Stefano and Eleonora and all the best!

The house exceeded expectations. It was in a stunning location just up in the hills above Civitanova Marche but only a ten minute walk to the beach. It was quiet and serene. The pool is stunning and so clean (it was also regularly cleaned whilst we were there). Even though some of Sara’s family live on site, it was like we had the place to ourselves. We barely saw them at all - they were so discreet. The bedrooms were light and spacious. The aircon worked really well. There is space for two cars on site which was very useful. There is a lovely living area with a huge TV. Sara is very responsive to messages and even sent us a helpful guide of local restaurants and sights which was really kind. We would be very happy to stay there again and already wish we were back!

We spent five nights in May with four people in Chiara's apartment. We felt very comfortable there and were completely satisfied. We especially liked the outdoor area. We enjoyed cooking and eating outside. Outdoor shower and pool are great. Self check-in/out were perfectly professionally organized. Thank you!

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

Where can I start...loved it, loved it, loved it! So much so that we asked to stay an extra night. The whole place is spotless, the grounds are beautiful and the staff makes you feel at home. Having the use of bycicles was very handy to get around too. Thank you, Village Tibiceco!

We found this property by chance and were already impressed by the photos for the beauty of the rooms but in reality they were even more welcoming and comfortable. Andrea was a really fantastic Host, when we arrived he gave us all the relevant information including various useful tips on local places. The property was really comfortable and even more beautiful than the photos, all completely renovated and having the plus of having breakfast and beach facility included definitely makes the stay even more enjoyable. In addition to these great strengths is the centrality of the apartment really convenient for everything, the supermarket is 2 minutes away, free parking at most 5 minutes, in 10 minutes you are on the beach and in 5 in the town center. A really fantastic solution. Highly recommended

Beautifully furnished 3 room apartment where you have everything you need. Cot, high chair and stroller as well as toys were provided. Otherwise, we take everything that was not necessary this time as everything was available.(Shampoo/shower gel/toilet paper/coffee etc) In addition, very modern furnishings and super clean. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, which can be easily reached on foot or by elevator. The balcony is also huge, which goes completely around the apartment so you have a beautiful sea view through the alley and can enjoy the sunset in the evening. The sea is about 50 meters away and it is simply a beautiful sandy beach with a flat entrance so that even small children can have fun in the water. 2 and a parasol are available. The sea is located along a promenade where you have numerous restaurant options. Nevertheless, it is very quiet in the apartment so you don't hear any car noise. Nice apartment, easy access to the local beach, friendly, responsive host

first of all, at a communicative level we can say that he is the best host 2) took us from the train station to the apartment (which is no small thing) 3) an unexpected inconvenience happened to the apartment, but he intervened immediately and resolved everything. 4) the accommodation is mega comfortable, sea view, equipped with everything you need maybe if all the hosts were like him thank you very much, we were lucky to have done our experience there. :)

This was our second time in Roseto and we got the apartment for a fantastic price. The view from the balcony was unprecedented.. seriously you could stand there all day looking at the beach of the mountains! It was such an easy stay with Lucilla offering her help every step of the way. Very close to shops and literally ten steps to the beach and with such a beautiful apartment, we are now looking to come back again very very soon! Apartment located in front of the sea, in the Metauro bay area, secluded from the central beaches of Sassonia and Lido di Fano, which can still be reached in 5 minutes by car or a 20/30-minute walk. Perfect cleanliness and communication. Apartment equipped with everything (oil, salt, sugar, tea, coffee for moka and coffee machine with capsules). Soaps and detergents available. Large terrace overlooking the sea furnished for aperitifs, lunches and dinners. If you have a dog, the terrace is enclosed and you can let it run free. No difficulty with free street parking. Definitely a nice apartment, we had a great time and thank Romina for the welcome and availability.
