Close to the beach but far from the Bombinhas nightlife Ideal for those who want to enjoy the beach during the day and rest at night... And another thing to keep in mind is that if you want to prepare food in the place you have to bring condiments, oil, etc.

Extremely polite host. The apartment is excellent ! Large porch! Comfortable Beds! Tv in all rooms ! Complete! We were extremely satisfied, it's worth it !

They were great days, the apartment is spotless, functional, comfortable, all brand new. Ivane and Clayton are fantastic, cheerful people, they welcomed us extremely well, they gave us several tips on where to eat, where to buy, beaches, tours. It was really nice to get to know the area and stay with you. We'll be back soon.

The reception is everything, we were well received, very polite host, furnished and cozy apartment. It is as a suggestion to put a squeegee in each bathroom, otherwise it exceeded our expectations.

1- The city of Porto Belo is beautiful, clean, safe and has wonderful beaches; 2- About the apartment: new, very well located (about 200 meters from the beach), pretty street, garage for 01 medium car and spaces on the street, air-conditioning in all environments, enough furniture and utensils for 08 people; 3- Person who received us: kind and helpful; 4- Cleaning 4,5 of 5.

My family and I stayed a few days in Lucas' apartment now for the end of the year. It was great. From the beginning of the support. We had rented another place that ended up canceling with us and we were very frustrated and then we found this apartment here. We were afraid of the cancellation mentioned above and the way Lucas served me was decisive. It answered all my questions and gave us a lot of security. The apartment is a luxury. All brand new. Lots of quality. Air freezing really good. Hot water with heater in the faucets and showers, for that hour bath. We loved that you had 3 bathrooms. Two of them with shower. The rooms are all airy as well. Sofazão in the lounge. Very well lit spaces. Very good location. Staying in the center of the beaches we were going to the most. Meia praia and the center of Porto Belo/Ilha de Porto Belo. Anyway, it's been an amazing day.

I had already stayed at the place. My definition comes down to "everything perfect".

The stay was wonderful, the space is exactly as informed, very cozy, with several on-site activities to enjoy and relax. The only negative point, which is not in control of the host, was the noise coming from the neighbor, with loud music that spread throughout the day and into the morning, for those who want to rest, disturbed a little, as the noise was heard inside the house. But other than that, the house, the space and the whole structure are impeccable and well worth spending a couple of days as a family on the spot.

We found a lot of peace and comfort in María Emilia's house. The surroundings are beautiful and quiet. The house is super equipped - it has everything we need.. and more! Sensational space. Great for those who want to disconnect from the city, the hustle and bustle of everyday life and connect more with themselves, with the present moment. An immersion in nature, it is well worth taking a few days to rest in this place. Quiet environment, very good breakfast, very complete shared kitchen and very comfortable cabin space. You know that feeling of entering a place and feeling already at home? It was like this with us, the house has a whole cosy air and whoever received us, his Márcio and Tânia were extremely helpful and gave us valuable tips, they are beings with such a beautiful energy, you want to keep chatting with them. The house is beautiful inside and out, the leisure area is a great plus, we made a delicious barbecue and I am a great lover of the network, there is. The path to the beach is easy and the beach is beautiful, a great place to make beautiful trails as well. In short : super recommend and next I would stay there again ;)
