Our experience in Julio and his family's apartment was exceptional. From the first moment, they were incredibly attentive and always attentive to every detail to make our stay perfect. Amazing Experience! We stayed 7 days at Mr. Luiz Carlos e was simply perfect! The house is impeccable, very well equipped, clean and with everything we needed to a comfortable stay. The pool and jacuzzi were a big difference, and the lakeside location made it all the more special. In addition, Mr. Luiz was extremely thoughtful and helpful. We will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone!

The apartment exceeded our expectations. An amazing view. Very close to the beach. The condominium is very cool, especially for those with a child and pet. It looks like a club. Super comfortable, very clean and super organized. The kitchen is complete. Bed/ bath linen and furniture tbm. The super accessible commerce. The owner is very cordial. We have always been attentive to our needs. Responding immediately whenever necessary. I highly recommend! I will be back again to stay!!!

We were greeted by Miguel and he's a sensational guy!! The house is as shown in the photos, it has a spectacular view!! Super private and we woke up to the sound of birds and slept to the sound of the sea! Unmatched peace!! We loved it and will be back soon!!

Great site to stay in Florianópolis. Very good location, close to the airport is well located to go to several beaches. Shopping mall with options of restaurants below. Very nice garage. It's very nice. I don't even have a point to complain about.

We love everything, the house is very organized, clean, functional, with everything we need. A family of 4 people would be quietly attended by a family of 4. Great location, 2 or 3 minutes walk from the beach. The beach is beautiful, lots of nature, good and calm water. Cicero was very attentive and sympathetic, we love to meet him, gave us many valuable tips and recommendations. We'll definitely be back with the whole family next time. This beach and this place are in our top 1 to take a vacation with more time.

The place is amazing, it does not even want to leave the house of such cozy that it is a bungalow. The outer part was the one that won our hearts due to the ofurô, the grill net, very beautiful ✨ We intend to return soon with more time to enjoy this paradise!
