What a sensational house! If you are in doubt to book, DON'T STAY!!! Vc will have wonderful moments in Mr Errol's space. And what a human being so dear! guided us with all attention and affection in everything we needed. The back yard delighted us with the view of the lagoon! Impeccable rooms with wonderful beds and breathtaking views. The large kitchen with barbecue invites us to a good chat between friends. The super-loved neighbors tbm, gave hints of fishing places. The house has period furniture that brings us back to wonderful times. The place is excellent and very exclusive. It is the last plot of a condominium, with a backyard to the lagoon with private access. Very spacious and organized, complete with all the amenities listed. The barbecue area is a little far from the house, giving more privacy to users. However, there are two points that were not clear in the listing. 1 - The common area is shared with another lodging; 2 - The house does not have 4 bedrooms, but 2 bedrooms, both with mezzanines, and in these mezzanines, double beds. That is, there are two full beds in each room. But none of this takes away from the comfort of the house and the tranquility of the place. It was a great stay and I plan to return.

Very beautiful place, quiet and secluded space, but close enough to the center. The house has plenty of space inside and out, with a wonderful backyard overlooking the lagoon, and on the other side the beach just a few steps away. Alberto is attentive and responds quickly, we will definitely return.

Hi Soraia. Great stay. We had a very good holiday at this location. The apartment is an ideal size for a couple and a child. But the real strong point is the condominium's outdoor space, with a very large green area and very good infrastructure. I leave only one suggestion regarding the check-out time because 10 a.m. is too early for those who are enjoying a rest. It could be extended to 12 p.m. at least, or there could be some flexibility, even because I think it's unlikely that another guest would occupy the property right after the holiday ends. This point is a suggestion. In addition, everything perfect.

The house is amazing, the location spectacular, magnificent views. The cabin is very rustic and the decor is beautiful. I thought it was even better than the photos. It has a wood-burning stove and an indoor barbecue, all the necessary items. It has 2 bedrooms upstairs, with a fan and heater. We arrived late and almost without light and we suffered a little to find the farm, since there are 3 houses on the property, but just plan to arrive during the day, because the route, despite being on land, is very beautiful. I would definitely come back other times, and I still want to stay in the other house that Paulo has on the property.

Our stay was very good, hosts always willing and kind. the perfect leisure area with access to the lagoon, canoeing equipment, full barbecue (skewers and grills) and full kitchen at the kiosk to make the most of it.

Maria Olinda and Luiz are great amphritrians! The kitchen and living room space was great to house our family. It has 01 suite, 2 bedrooms, and another bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed that has no door, but that's fine... in addition to another bathroom and a bathroom in the outdoor area. My nephew stared at the external shower, and took a bath (cold) there, after our trail. The trail: I recommend going back and forth in the same place, and it's pretty naughty, it's not for anyone. My father kept fishing in the lakes. It has easy parking, and the access (unpaved street) is also very quiet. It's a quiet place, and the owners live right at the entrance, but it doesn't take away the privacy. The market is not that close, but it has a big good about 15 minutes by car. We intend to go back.
