Great house, 100% air-conditioned, equipped with a HEATED POOL with SALT WATER. It is 500 meters from a beautiful and calm beach… a paradise, something between 5 to 7 minutes of very quiet and healthy walking. A charming place, with preserved natural beauty, located next to Jurerê Internacional, great for hiking, running, bike rides, stand-up paddleboarding, swimming, etc. The house has a fireplace, barbecue, wood stove, pool table… quiet place, for summer or winter.

Somos @RefugioKalon A lovely view of the sunset at the end of the afternoon. Sea view and sunset. 400 meters from Praia do Forte and Praia de Jurerê and also close to P12. The access to the Chalé is by a somewhat narrow street with sloping climb but any car can reach the site. The street is paved with pavement. Romantic decoration: Check the options available at the time of booking.
