Everything was great! Right on the waterfront, private beach, very quiet, but close to the harbor. Impressive view. Well-stocked kitchen, comfortable apartment. Comfortable private parking.

Looking for a comfortable and well-served place to stay in Portoferraio? Don't go any further! The apartment is beautiful, brand new and well cared for in everything. Killer feature is the 360° sea view no matter what corner of the house you will always be able to see the beautiful Tyrrhenian Sea, also a beautiful glimpse of the Medici fortresses of the center of Portoferraio and its islet. We loved this from home from the first moment we entered, if we return to the island we definitely plan to stay here!

We found the apartment well cleaned, modern and well-stocked decor (blankets, extra pillows,..). USB sockets, large, functional bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need, also well furnished. There are two balconies, both of which can be eaten outside. There is a "lounge" area and two sun loungers on the terrace overlooking the sea. You can't help but feel on vacation. Ideal location for those who want to be not in the center, very quiet and the view is simply magnificent. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the beach (both free beach and the possibility of renting sunbeds/umbrellas) and in about 15 minutes you can reach Procchio 8ristoranti/bar/grocery store). We were four adults, the spaces were functional. There are covered parking lots. Definitely recommended!

Beautiful apartment and above all beautiful terrace, always lit. The outdoor shower is also very useful and comfortable, taking into account that the nearest beach (Lacona, reachable in 10 minutes on foot) is sandy. Also inside there is everything you need for a stay by the sea and the apartment is generally well maintained. Communication with the host is always impeccable and quick and really kind and attentive to our needs, with two small children. The surroundings are very quiet, there is little to do but if you are looking for peace it is the right place. If you can, go to dinner in "Les orti di mare", nearby on foot: it's worth the experience! Unique in: the mattresses start to be probably old and are a little uncomfortable and it is unfortunate that the mosquito nets are broken, because there are several mosquitoes (despite the treatments) and, creating a nice current, there would be no need for air conditioning with the windows open.

A wonderful property with an exceptional outdoor living space with a gorgeous view. Conveniently close to a grocery store and to the lively centre city core. Luca was responsive and polite. I would most certainly return! Thank-you!

Great apartment in the heart of Capoliveri. Very nice view from two balconies. One of them is a French balcony and thus very small to sit on for two. The second balcony is very well equipped with a dining table and chairs. However, you should know that at 9:00 pm a floodlight comes on that also shines directly on the balcony and you therefore cannot have a romantic dinner. Otherwise everything was fine. Quick communication with the agency.

This family home will allow you to experience a traditional Tuscan holiday as the Italians intended it. This house has been curated through several generations with artefacts from all over the world and amenities that are thought out to make your stay more comfortable. The numerous sitting corners both outside and inside guarantee a beautiful view and the right amount of sun or breeze depending on the weather. This house has been created for enjoyment and Tuscan mellow holidays.

Modern furnished and clean 2-room loft with a spacious terrace. This is equipped with two sun loungers, a table with four chairs and a cozy lounge – perfect for two to feel comfortable. The apartment is easy to find, but getting there requires some driving skill as the last 50 meters lead over a natural road. The center of Capoliveri is in about 10 minutes walking distance. In the neighborhood, there are often dogs that are outside during the day and sometimes also at night and make themselves noticeable accordingly. For animal-loving guests, this should not be a big problem, but it is good to know in advance if you prefer absolute tranquility.

We had a wonderful time on Elba and highly recommend the place! The views from the apartment to the sea are just fantastic – looking at the sea every morning was a dream. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Especially the kitchen was well equipped! The location is nice and central, so you can quickly get to the surrounding towns, but still have your peace. The hosts were incredibly warm and helpful – you immediately feel welcome. Elba itself is fantastically beautiful, we will definitely be back!

Top accommodation - we felt very comfortable. Great terrace with great views. Air conditioning/heating in 3 rooms. Everything quite new and nicely renovated. A little far to the beach/restaurant - but did not bother us. I would like to express special thanks and praise to the local host. Super satisfied with the apartment chosen, spacious and comfortable with a wonderful panoramic terrace and above all very clean. Antonella is a very welcoming host and gave us a series of tips, which we followed, absolutely precise and wonderful. I think we'll be back to Elba :)
