Vacation rentals with a patio in Port Royal

The renovation of this property is so well done! The peaceful garden perfectly matches the aesthetic of Savannah! Tall people need to duck while entering the half bath as the door is very low, could be a rude awakening going to the bathroom in the middle of the night! LOVED the pleasant surprise of the quaint little patio off the master! As others have mentioned, the shower is FABULOUS! Location is great and Matt offered lots of local recommendations! Maybe it was us but we had a tough time finding our unit from the back garden entrance. Make sure you go past the fountain and through the red door to find the door to your unit. Appreciated the amenities provided! Good thinking on the sound machine! This property was a great find!

It’s very close to Forsyth Park, which is nice. You can walk quite a bit of the area like River Street and city market, etc. but the squares are quite long so it’s not just a 15 minute walk, but it is walkable if you like to which we do. It was a bit tight with one bathroom with four women, but we knew we were getting that. PROS: walkable with a nice breakfast place only a half a mile away and Kroger‘s supermarket about 15 to 20 minute walk away. Hosts were very responsive and the beds were very comfortable. Also, you don’t have checkout instructions. They take care of everything. I thought that was a really nice touch. CONS:if your without a car, it can be a bit of a walk. There was no booklet or anything that we could find that gave us some ideas of what to see or do or restaurants, etc. There is a free shuttle bus called DOT that we wish we had been aware of. We didn’t see it until our third day there so information from the house would be greatly appreciated. I think.

My friend and I recently stayed at The Peach House for a girls trip, and it was great. Fantastic location close to Forsyth Park and a short drive to downtown and the riverside district (or a longer walk if you're up for it). But the best part was the list of recommendations that Carlos & Marci sent! We went to several restaurants and bars they suggested and all were amazing! I'd absolutely recommend The Peach House to anyone visiting Savannah!

Very clean house, conveniently located. Eric and Arlynn were proactive and friendly. The Starland neighborhood is a great spot—close to the historic circles, and not overcrowded the way riverfront and downtown are. A few small things to consider: street parking is scarce, especially on street cleaning days when you can’t park on one side. If you’re not the type to head in early for the night, you might need to park a block or two away. Scant bathroom amenities: other than hand soap, nothing was stocked.

This place was a Gem and in the perfect location! Taller travelers: Just a heads up🤣 I agree with a previous review stating the shower head does sit a little lower if you have a taller guest, so my husband was already aware of this:) For traveling parents: It was just a touch difficult bathing my toddler in the shower (no bath and was stone/tile) but we made it work☺️ a pack and play was available! Agreeing with another comment for children purposes, it is located on a louder street but not too bad for nap/bed time. Everything was as described and cozy, comfy, and walkable. We will definitely come back to this apartment! Nancy was very kind and responsive. I hate to leave any “con” reviews ever so this is more of an “awareness” review for traveling with kiddos ❤️ we still loved it and would recommend to anyone!

Felt like home for our family of five.

This place was amazing! Not too far from the downtown historical district. Charlie was a great host extremely responsive when messaging him. The sauna bathroom room was absolutely amazing we used it every nite!!! Also there’s the heated pool and hotub outside!

Wonderful place to stay!! Can’t wait to return! Had to book last minute due to some work stuff and they were more than happy to accommodate!!! Awesome views and the location is top-notch!

This was a lovely stay and we especially loved how close it was to downtown, while having an interesting view of barges passing by. We loved the Bar Julian rooftop views, and the breakfast coffee and sandwiches from the nearby bakery. I would be hard pressed to find any improvements- the security system is a little loud in announcing when the door is opened and that’s near one of the bedrooms. The charger is for Tesla connector only- just note that if you have a different car. Overall this was a great stay with a premium kitchen, well stocked and great for us three couples.

We had a great stay! So cozy and “Beaufort vibes”. I was able to walk to downtown within 15 minutes down Bay Street, and it is a safe, beautiful walk. Also very close to parris island. Appliances and fixtures are very modern and quality. Highly recommend.

My three friends and I were overjoyed to see Liz’s beautiful house when we walked in! Everything was immaculate! It was well worth the money and we were impressed by the serene neighborhood. Liz welcomed us from the time she contacted us through the morning we departed. This is the place to stay on your visit to Savannah! What a peachy keen place!

Absolutely loved the house felt very homie was spacious and quiet around the house. Only downside is one bathroom between two bedrooms that doesn’t lock.

Great house with privacy fence in backyard, clean, and very nice pool. Host was very responsive to a couple of last minute questions and it suited our needs perfectly for a family wedding weekend. We were very pleased with our stay.

Tanya’s place was perfect for me, my wife, and our teenage son. We were comfortable during our stay, the home was clean, and within a mile or two of everywhere we wanted to go. Tanya was also a great host and communicated well. Would definitely stay again.

This is a cute little house right on the edge of everything you could want in a vacation spot! The host is responsive and kind and gives good, clear instructions. The fire pit was the cherry on top of our stay. Would definitely recommend.

We had such an amazing time at Jay’s home. The place looked even better than the photos- I couldn’t believe it! Jay went above and beyond in so many ways. The place is spotless with great style.

This was our first time to Hilton Head Island and this place checked all the boxes! Oceanfront, beach, walking and biking paths, and very peaceful and quiet.

The hosts were super easy to communicate with. The place has a generous cancellation policy. We needed to change our travel plans last minute due illness & needed to rebook. We enjoyed being able to walk to the shopping area to eat dinner every night. Also loved being able to walk to the beach. We forgot a few things while at the beach & was easy just to go back to the condo to grab something. Highly recommend !

Lisa & Mike’s condo was clean , comfortable and quiet! It had everything one could want for a short or extended stay. The nautical/ beach theme was carried nicely throughout the unit.

Loved staying here! It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Being on the third floor allows for less noise.. make sure you don't mind climbing stairs ;) we enjoyed the exercise though. The beds are super comfy, everything worked well. They had so many amenities, and tons of beach stuff!. Thank you again for a great stay!!

This was a perfect stay for our party of 2. The space was clean and well appointed. It’s great to be so close to the beach. We would return.
