We had a really lovely stay at James and Polly’s place and it felt like a home from home! We love the area, it has a really nice vibe with lots of pubs and cafes. I forgot how buzzy it can be at night, location is right by lots of pubs so it was noisy at night if you are staying in. We didn’t mind though, baby still slept through it and just made us want to come back and enjoy the night life next time. 😁 Also appreciated the early opening of the coffee shop below on a Sunday!

Can’t recommend this place enough. Superb value, and brilliantly located for the pier, town centre and beautiful sandy beaches just 10 minutes walk away. Matt was proactive with his communication and gave very clear instructions and a handy electronic guide book. Spotlessly clean and a lovely light and airy space. Would definitely stay again. The Coach house is a great place to stay if you want a beach or walking holiday however, a big plus for us was being able to use the garage for our car. The accomodation has everything needed for a relaxing stay, a comfortable bed, good kitchen and two smart TVs. We found it remarkably quiet at night. Most of the restaurants are around a mile walk away in Swanage but there's a pub and hotel nearby (the latter I believe serves non residents). Access to the beach on foot is quick down a couple of paths one (through the grounds of a hotel) down some steps, the other, down a steepish path: There are two beach bars at the bottom. Graham has an interesting quirky standard lamp with a nautical theme in the lounge.

We had a lovely stay, hosts were so lovely and place was perfect for our little dog. Hot tub was completely secluded and outdoor seating was a lovely touch for having meals in the sun! Would love to come back someday, thank you for a great stay!

A charming one-bedroom annexe nestled in the heart of Lilliput, perfectly located near local shops, restaurant’s, the beaches and Poole town centre. Anna thoughtfully provided everything you could need for your stay, including a delightful hamper filled with essentials and treats. We had a delightful stay at Lee and Emma'a apartment, spotlessly clean with everything you could wish for we felt right at home. A short walk from the centre and it's restaurants it was ideal for us. We only stayed one evening but we would not hesitate to book again for a longer stay as the bed was super comfy too. Lee was very helpful and clear instructions were displayed in the property itself. Thank Lee and Emma it was an absolute pleasure to stay at your property and we thank you wholeheartedly for hosting us. 100% recommend 😊

We had a fantastic stay at Claire's lovely apartment. It was ideally located to explore the local area. The apartment was spacious and clean and had everything we needed for a weekend break. Our teenager particularly loved having his own separate space complete with games console and tv. Claire was great at keeping in touch and responded very quickly to messages. There were some great restaurants and a lovely beach in walking distance.

Great location to get to lots of various locations, we visited New Forest, Southampton, Portsmouth and walked down to the shingle beach, which was only a ten minute walk! Lovely and clean place, small but not tiny, just enough room for two adults and two small dogs. Everything was a thoughtful touch, from kitchen wear to comfort. Would definitely stay again if I was ever visiting the same area. Jackie was super helpful and very friendly, which is always a bonus. The surrounding area is residential and also partly industrial but noise level was low, which we appreciated. Plenty of space to park your car and close to the train station.

Fabulous flat. Described perfectly by Jus. Very clean beautiful interior. Everything you need. Loved the little extras like shampoo and conditioner and shower gel in bathrooms. Very comfy beds. Short walk to the end of the road to the beach. We brought our dog. He was well looked after with doggy treats and a fabulous dog friendly beach awaited. Even shorter walk to the high street with great restaurants. Jus is a great communicator and nothing was too much bother. Thoroughly recommend we’ll be back!

We had a lovely stay, the location was perfect as was the flat. Very clean and comfortable with all you need for your stay and lovely dogs are welcome even though the flat had zero dog smell or dog hair ☺️. If we had to find a tiny negative it was maybe the pub next door which has live music each weekend so can be a little noisy but it would not put us off staying here again. We were also very grateful for the parking permit and most of the time we’re able to park directly opposite the flat. All in all a lovely stay! Thank you Cate!,

Lara’s lovely apartment was perfect for an overnight stay in Lymington. It’s conveniently located, well appointed and we really liked that both double bedrooms were a good size and each had their own bathroom (one en suite). Being on the ground floor, it is quite overlooked, so we felt we had to have the blinds down more than we otherwise might, but that didn’t bother us. It was a little noisy early in the morning, both from people moving about overhead and from the boiler firing up, but we would definitely stay here again.

Just what we expected,some really nice touches like the biscuits and fruit. Quiet and private.

Christine was a lovely host and answered all our questions quickly before and during our stay. The house felt just like home and was very clean and welcoming. Christine made sure we had everything we needed and even suggested areas we could visit. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice and easy check in process, quick responses to messages and a really comfy place to stay the night. The bed had one of the nicest mattresses i've ever slept on, wonderful nights sleep.

The accommodation met with all our expectations and represents great value compared with the cost of staying in a hotel in the same area

We have stayed here a number of times and are always made to feel very welcome. Philippa is a wonderful and friendly host. You can’t beat the location with gorgeous sea views close to the beach, pubs and sailing facilities! There is a spacious kitchen diner fully equipped and ample free parking available.

Awesome location and full length swimming pool with Sauna. Only a 15 min walk into Swanage, beautiful castle only 10 min away and views of the sea. Fantastic full size swimming pool and sauna, our 8 and 10 year old loved it. We weren't able to use the snooker table due to the age of our kids and the lounge is not the most sociable set up for the evenings but the swimming pool made up for it ;-)

Wonderful, well appointed apartment over 2 floors. Large balcony with a lovely view. We shall definitely return if we can

We spent 6 days in an excellent accommodation and the facilities in the hotel were great. Our host was very helpful and supportive if we had any questions. We would definitely highly recommend this apartment.

The place was just like in the photos, great attention to details and very clean. We felt very comfortable. There are clear instructions for self check-in and the bonus is that Matt is really involved and caring about his guests.
