Private suite vacation rentals in Polk County

This place worked out great for my group while we were down for the Ville to Ville race. The driveway is not for the faint of heart, but it's the mountains and we didn't have any issues with it. Elizabeth has a great value option here that I would recommend

The Sweet Suite was exactly that... sweet... even down to the chocolate and snacks! The suite was pristine when I arrived and the directions on finding it were well laid out and easy to follow. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. Everything was clean and comfortable and I felt very safe and at home. Drew and Caroline were very responsive and offered help whenever needed. Though I heard them and their family above, it was in no way disruptive; in fact, I found it gave me a sense of safety knowing they were close by. Their recommendations for restaurants were excellent and all super close by, and great recommendations for local hiking, which I made use of! I especially loved having the washer and dryer available and also the nice wide open spaces of the living and bedroom area. I would definitely consider staying here again if circumstances permit.

My stay at Shari’s couldn’t have been better! The location was perfect, communication was quick, and she made sure we had everything we needed! It snowed one night and she even had her son sweep all of the stairs leading up to the place and my car. Would definitely stay here again!

This Airbnb is truly a work of art and leaves nothing to be desired. A thoughtfully designed oasis right in town, yet feels like you are immersed in the mountains. Jakub and Maria were incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive. I highly recommend this place!

Kelly Greeted us as we drove up. She glided out of the house looking like Glenda the good witch in Wizard of Oz. So beautiful and kind. She then guided us and our behemoth surburban into her parking spot, which took up too much room, but she was a gracious as could be. The apt is around back and has a lovely green backyard. The apt is so cool with all the black light posters and wall paintings. We absolutely loved it. We could open the windows and get fresh air. An easy walk to so many restaurants and a great place for our dog to relax and sniff the yard. This place was one of our better stays. We truly loved it. And hey you’re in Asheville, what could be better??

Had a weekend getaway from the coast to the mountains. Cynthia’s place was spotlessly clean and spacious. It was nicely decorated and reflected her personality; it wasn’t sterile or generic which made it feel welcoming. The space was a perfect size for my husband me. The bed was so comfortable my husband liked it better than our Sleep Number Bed. Would have loved to have spent time on the deck but the weather didn’t permit it. The location made for easy access to Asheville, Lake Lure and Maggie Valley.

This was our second time starting at Eileen’s place. We loved it every bit as much as the first!

Amazing place!! Hosts were friendly and made sure I had everything I needed, including water which was delivered daily. I work the night shift so I’m asleep during the day and I barely heard them at all!! Definitely worth the price ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Will definitely stay again if I’m in the area!

David’s cabin is a peaceful mountain getaway, perfect for the weekend. The bathroom was up-to-date and functional, and the bed was super comfy. If you are looking for a quiet retreat, this is the place for you!

We loved this location! It was perfect for me and a friend on a girls trip. The home was beautiful and clean. The beds were comfy and there was a nice shared space where we could hang out and relax. It was close to downtown where we ate at so many delicious restaurants. The space felt private and was surrounded by so many beautiful green trees. We would definitely come back and stay here again!

We wanted a place that was close to downtown Asheville while still having a quieter, more relaxed atmosphere—this place fit that perfectly! Everything matched the pictures perfectly and Daniel & Alice even left us some yummy local popcorn and chocolates!

Pictures dont do this place justice! My wife and I have never stayed in an Airbnb this clean! The Airbnb was fully equipped and had everything. The neighborhood was nice, quite and safe. This was the most comfortable I have felt in an Airbnb due to how clean it was. We will definitely stay here again

This was a great place to stay. The driveway was a bit hidden but once we found the house the rest of the stay was great! It felt very private and we had plenty of room.

Patricias place is awesome!! It's in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and Patricia & Jason couldn't be any nicer. The place has everything you need and more. I've stayed in several Airbnbs over the years and this is definitely one of my favorites. If you are in Asheville and you pass up this place, you'll be sorry...!

We stayed here for 3 months. Amazing private and peaceful location. great host. Always responsive. If ever we are in Asheville we will first check if the studio is available. Has all the amenities to stay for long term.

You can feed the ducks, fish the pond (bass!), and/or chill at the fire pit with hot dogs/smores. We did all these things...none of which we could do at a hotel. It is attached but physically seperate from the main house but with quiet hours - no issues. Would stay there again!

The carriage house is a wonderful place to stay! Owners were very friendly and accommodating and even brought us some fresh baked banana bread! The place was very clean and well equipped. Highly recommend!!

Everything was so perfect. The house is a beautiful, clean, friendly atmosphere. The surroundings are beautiful. The facilities given by the host were amazing. Our family perfectly enjoyed the stay and the hosts were very friendly and welcoming. They were always reachable to ask anything and guided us to know about the tourist places in Asheville. They have everything inside the house and made it easy for the families. Don't hesitate to reserve your vacation at this beautiful house, I'm sure you are going to love it every moment.

Ann's place is so cute and we loved being able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go during our visit. Lots of good restaurants, breweries close by. Would definetely stay again.
