Vacation rentals with lake access in Poitou-Charentes

A very nice studio, very well equipped with a decor that immediately makes us feel like we're on vacation. Beautiful tours nearby. A very quiet environment, close to the lake. We would highly recommend it.

Our stay went very well. The accommodation is perfect and the jacuzzi is a real plus after a day of walking. The only small problem was the difficulty in turning off the jacuzzi which turned on in the middle of the night! I would recommend it 100%

Located in the heart of a haven of peace, the house is very well-equipped and in particular the kitchen which is particularly pleasant. Sabine is a warm and welcoming host. It's ideal for a break in the heart of nature.

Nico is a friendly and accommodating host, entering the accommodation before time, checkout according to our wishes, he is available and responsive while being discreet. Her little house is well-equipped, the bedding is comfortable. Good advice on nearby activities. We had a great time and will not hesitate to come back.

Very nice house, well renovated, clean and well-equipped. Very nice walks to take all around. Lake Saint-Pardoux is within walking distance. Everything comes together for a pleasant stay. The owners are welcoming and accommodating. Despite the rain we had a nice family weekend.

We were there at the end of September, due to the weather unfortunately we could not use the beautiful terrace. For hiking and cycling, the area is great, as there are many cycling and hiking trails. If you want to see the surrounding area, you have to drive a lot. Example Cap Ferret 1 hour 10 min. Bordeaux 40 km, duration approx. 1 hour 15 min.

We had a great time at Zoe's place. The place is beautiful, the calm reigns. We 100% recommend this place if you want peace and quiet. We'll be happy to go back! Thanks to Zoe for any recommendations she made to us.

The house met our expectations, we were able to enjoy our stay in my favorite region thanks to quality hospitality. At Regine's, everything is there and even more. A small exterior overlooking the forest with the birds waking up. We ate outside every day in peace. We'll be happy to go back.

Great stay, very good welcome from Laure who responds very quickly. The accommodation is very well arranged, functional and very well-equipped. There is really all umbrella, games (ping pong racket, board games for young and old), baby equipment. The location is great, it is possible to participate in the activities offered by the club (in summer I think). The kids really enjoyed the pool. Thank you.

A cozy apartment with magnificent lake views. An environment rich in places to discover by bike or on foot. Marc and Marie are welcoming, concerned about the comfort of their tenants.

Frédéric's apartment is ideally located with a superb view of the sea and the harbor. The terrace is well exposed and sheltered from the prevailing winds, we had lunch in the sun at noon on December 23rd...! The equipment is enough for this type of accommodation, nothing to repeat. The cabin is indeed very narrow, large and/or large people will hardly be able to wash themselves. The bottom bed of 140 cm in the bedroom is inconvenient, insufficient height to sit down to read, entry and exit a little acrobatic and ladder flush with the head... That said, we had a nice stay and communication with Frédéric was always clear and cordial.

We had a lovely stay at Barbara's place. It is stylish and comfortable and very well located. We wished it was longer!

Complimentary stay for my parents. Very good communication, clear and precise instructions for entering and leaving the accommodation. Information on good restaurants in Les Sables, perfect, I recommend it.

Very pleasant stay with 2 small children at the edge of the pine forest! Nice, clean, comfortable and functional accommodation. Nothing was missing! Ideal location, quiet but close to the city center and the lake with a nice walk at the exit of the accommodation… Caroline was pleasant, responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend it and will be happy to return! (Small downside for the parking at the bottom of the residence which has recently become a paid car park, even on Sundays and public holidays in season!)

A PERFECT stay! Before we arrived, Alexis took the time to communicate with us, validate the different points of attention and give us all the information for a serene arrival. When we arrive & during our stay, only good surprises, everything is as described and our expectations: the neighborhood is quiet, easy to access and parking, the garden is cozy and maintained, the house is clean/ tidy/ no smells/ decorated with great taste and personality, the beach and the city center a few steps away, Alexis takes care even from afar! BIG PLUS when traveling with a baby (it may make you laugh, but we've had complicated experiences in the two previous rentals!): the crib is offered by Alexis, with a real mattress. No squeaky doors and hardwood floors and even less ventilation making a loud noise, the house is really very quiet. There is a real children's room closed by a door and with a shutter.

We had a great stay at Myriam and Nicolas house house. The place is peaceful and beautiful and close to lots of sights. They are available and very welcoming. We'll come back to try the new cottages ☺️

Excellent location, well-equipped and clean accommodation. Alain is a considerate and available host! The kids loved the place and the games on site (...housing games and public outdoor games).

Beautiful accommodation, authentic, no fuss, everything is planned for a pleasant stay. Lots of attention for children with board games for all ages, costumes, outdoor games. 35 minutes from Puy du Fou, 50 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne... We appreciate the basic necessities to be immediately comfortable (laundry, soap, groceries, enough to have lunch...) as well as the beds made. We also appreciate the opportunity to go and see the animals, pick a strawberry or collect an egg... Great value for money!!!

Very pleasant and peaceful place . Very clean interior and bedding. Comfortable bedding. We had a good night's rest with my wife and children to follow up with the Puy du Fou. Small downside, there is a company next door that is a little noisy on weekdays. Not very disturbing for us, since we got up early. Despite this, many positive points, I recommend +++
