Peaceful haven in the heart of the Charentais vineyard

In the heart of the Grande Champagne, in a 17th century farmhouse, this 130 m2 accommodation can accommodate 6 people but can accommodate up to 12 people during the day (large dining room). This accommodation has all the amenities: high-speed Wi-Fi, home cinema (Netflix, Prime Video...), laundry room with washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 burners (induction, and ceramic glass), a traditional oven and a microwave oven. The floor is air-conditioned.

Charming cottage close to the city center of Chinon (5-minute walk to shops and restaurants), offering a magnificent view of the Fortress and the Vienne. The cottage is equipped with a functional kitchen, a common area with a sofa bed and a mezzanine bedroom with bathroom. The access staircase is spiral and not suitable for people with limited mobility. Ideally located to discover the region (castles and gardens, vineyards, bike rides...)

Discover the landscape surrounding this 55 m2 accommodation. A single room with 2 double beds, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The accommodation is comfortable, simple and carefully renovated. I make sure people feel comfortable there. A bucolic setting where tranquility is the key word. I am located 1 hour from Puy du Fou, 1 hour from Futuroscope and 1 hour from the marshes in the middle of the 3 iconic sites that surround my farm.

Nature gîte at the Manoir de Braugnac

Anne and Xavier invite you to discover the Périgord Vert by welcoming you to this gîte on the magnificent Manoir de Braugnac estate. Horses, private forest pond, Braugnac wood... You'll be immersed in lush green countryside full of charm. A large outdoor saltwater swimming pool will enhance your stay between mid-May and early October (weather permitting!). Barbecue, table tennis, boules and bicycles are also available.

Git'ane

Old charming cottage located in a hamlet, close to the village of Boussay and its castle, in the heart of hilly landscapes. Available for 2 nights or more. Children (and not just them) will be delighted to meet our gentle donkeys (Isa and Belle), our free-range hens or the 2 horses. It feels like a small farm! I also offer a new GIT'ANE 2 cottage, close to this one with an extra bedroom.
