Just 2 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes from the historic center (restaurants, museums, bars), you can easily enjoy the attractiveness of the city and the comfort of the apartment. Premium bedding, nice shower, Netflix, Amazon Prime, equipped kitchen, coffee, tea, linens, towels, everything is provided. Just come and drop off your luggage. Les Frênes - Malvy Island

Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. But also to: - 1h 05 from La Vallee des Singes - 1h20 of the first beaches on the Atlantic coast - 1 hour and 30 minutes from the Zoo de la Palmyre, Futuroscope or Bordeaux - 1h40 from the Aquarium of La Rochelle or the Poitevin marsh We live there in the terraced house at Le Cosy.

This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.
