Absolutely wonderful place!! Reasonably priced, well located, SPACIOUS, and equipped with everything you need. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It was perfect and I never wanted to leave!! The apartment is up a few flights of stairs (not an issue and common for Florence), but occupies the whole top floor and then some. It’s extremely clean and MUCH bigger than the photos which was fantastic. The bedroom is nice and big and the bed is so comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need (minus an oven but that’s fine). The bathroom is big too and well lit. There are windows dispersed throughout so it’s easy to get fresh air. This is the 8th Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Florence so far and it’s top of the list. Really just a great spot. Giacomo and his wife Valentina are extremely kind and communicate very well. Any time I had an issue (very few— mostly related to me locking myself out by accident) they were quick to reply and extremely helpful. TOP SERVICE, TOP STAY! Book this place!!!

We loved our stay in Mariangelas home and could not have asked for a better host. Upon check-in, Mariangelas team was there waiting to let us in and show us around the place. Place was small but had all essentials needed and was as described in the description. Location was ideal as you are within 20 minutes of all major attractions and sites. Mariangela was very responsive and provided any assistance or recommendations needed in a timely manner. AC was great but not really needed in April. Only small complaint was the hot water runs out after a few minutes and with 2 people you need to wait a bit between each shower. Other than this, place was incredible and we would certainly stay here again! Mariangela is the best host and we could have not asked for a better experience in Florence!

Amanda was very kind and accommodating and responded to our requests. The sights are easily accessible after a 20-minute walk. Public transport is in the immediate vicinity. The place was very clean and the most important cooking utensils were available. If you are a light sleeper, the street could be a bit disruptive and the neighbors under the apartment speak relatively loud almost all night - but of course Amanda is not responsible for these circumstances, which is just a small criticism of the area.

The stay with Alessandro was really great. He was super helpful in changing the check-in time to meet my needs. He was able to show me a free and quiet parking lot near the house where you can leave your car in peace. He was very friendly and helpful for the duration of my stay. The house is located in a very strategic point, literally having the outbound stop outside the gate and also back for the bus that takes you directly to the city center. I highly recommend staying with Alessandro, whom I thank again for his kindness and availability.

we only stayed for one night for a concert at Nelson Mandela forum. Great location you can walk there in a few minutes and there is everything nearby..pizzerias, restaurants, super markets, bars, etc. the apartment is very clean and well maintained, nothing is missing. Vanna was very nice in letting us find it already heated, which is not obvious with other hosts. i also recommend it for longer stays as the apartment is equipped with every comfort. plus the center of Florence is not far, by car or by means of transport. if that happens, we'll definitely come back!

We had a great time in this beautiful place. The farmhouse has several apartments each with their privacy. The pool was very clean and hot, there was shade available and a shower and toilet right next door. The apartment was as in the photos, there was no air conditioning but it was very cool inside during the day. A few days before our arrival, Isabella sent us all the necessary information and it was her brother Piero who welcomed us very warmly when we arrived. The place was very clean, the kitchen well equipped and bath linens were provided. There are many things to do and see in the area, we even had recommendations available. Overall we are really happy and would definitely recommend this place!

We had an amazing stay. The pictures do not do this place justice. The view was amazing. The place was spacious and stocked up with everything you would need. There was fresh fruit, breakfast items, and coffee enough for the whole stay and more. I forgot my charger converter and Leonardo brought us one so we never lost power. 10/10

Wonderful apt near the Duomo. It was perfect for us as it had an elevator and we are in our 70's. We love the area, and even enjoyed the bells ringing. Lots of places to eat nearby, and a supermarket and mini market very close. Great host, thank you!

Great place - had everything we needed and very spacious with 4 bathrooms (and very modern)! Daniele was incredibly responsive and helpful. Place was located near multiple grocery stores and a bakery (across the street) and bus stop. Very close to the river and some parks.

Perfect apartment in the middle of Siena, a stones throw away from everything you would like to see as a tourist. Great, helpful and communicative host who went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay and took the time to give personal tips. ❤️ A few things in the apartment description did not quite match – the apartment is not on the ground floor but on the first floor (it matters to us traveling with a stroller and had to fold up and carry it up the stairs), and the free parking refers to the free parking spaces that can be found around town. Those are small things in the context - overall we were super happy with both accommodation and host!

Nice scenary, quiet romantic Town, Nice small cafe beside the river. But what impress Me marco property I felt like Home right away. Secured electeric gate leaving Me no worries. We spent 6 days in this newly renovated house, well kept and located in a quiet area. Francesco was very welcoming and helpful in providing us with advice regarding the choice of restaurants and places to visit.

Tuscan retreat = THIS. Set in a lovely, quiet area with gorgeous views of the landscape. Easy to get to Arezzo and only 1 hour from Florence. So many amazing local restaurants and Vineyards. The property itself has a traditional vibe to it. The kitchen is not well equipped, so just bare that in mind! minimal pots, pans etc. But otherwise looks exactly like the photos.

The place is really a dream! We had a lovely, relaxing time with Deborah. The pool and location are great and Deborah gives great recommendations, is totally warm and you feel right at home. And we liked it so much that we want to come back!

We had a lovely stay here - there were 8 of us in total across 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is a beautiful old villa with a big garden and a cute pool and barbecue area. It is possible to walk into the city of Florence (30 - 40 minute stroll) but we found a car was necessary to ensure that we could get around and eg buy groceries. There is a cash deposit required for check in, so it’s useful to withdraw that before you arrive. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a lovely time!

My fiance and I loved our stay here. beautiful views and prestige grounds. there were also a few friendly cats which made my fiancé's day. You need a car when staying here. you can find good restaurants and a grocery store a few minutes away in San casciano. It's centrally located in tuscany. 30 minutes to florence, 45 mins to siena. With lots of historic towns and wineries close by. The apartment was well accommodated, clean, and we'll equipped for cooking. We did pick up a few extra necessities from the grocery store and found the shower a little small, but otherwise found the stay comfortable and relaxing. Would totally recommend to friends and come back.

Francesco was very welcoming and in addition, the site is beautiful and very well maintained. The pool with the mountain views is really superb! A nice place to relax in peace. The road to get there is a bit long and very winding, but this is often the case in Tuscany...
