Wow!!! A perfect stay ! Beyond Expectations! I had an absolutely amazing time at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, Yuri was there to help for a smooth check in process. Everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as pictured (if not better). That view in photos is a must see in person because WOW!! The host Yuri went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome—super responsive, friendly, and thoughtful with all the little touches that made a big difference. The location was ideal—quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a dream. Every detail, from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy living area, and laundry room set up showed real care and quality. I honestly didn’t want to leave and would return in a heartbeat. Our family of four had a great weekend at Andrea's place. The view from the 17th Floor was amazing. We had three great sunsets. From the balcony we could watch the scarlet macaws soaring from the mountains down to the beach. The Playa Esmeralda beach club was about a 5 minute walk from the apartment. It has direct beach access to Playa Manta. Our kids played all day on the beach and in the pools. We highly recommend and would return again.

This place was a little piece of heaven. The location, the amenities, the attention to detail, the TACOS - impeccable. Best side of Jaco Beach and Gracias Madre is right on it, just walk out the gate and there you are. Yet because the apartments are recessed a bit, the rooms felt private and secluded. The little pool is lovely, as are the design-forward references to dia de los muertos that permeate the decor. The apartment is one I'd live in (and I really wish I could have stayed longer), had absolutely everything you'd need and want, including complementary little items like chocolate covered dried banana in the cupboard, sunscreen and beach mats by the door, usb chargers and Bluetooth speakers on the bedside tables. The appliances are all top notch as are the cookware and glassware. The A/C from the mini split was reliably refreshing and the bed was perfect. But maybe the best part was the TACOS served at the attached restaurant - ate three different kinds and loved them all.

Great place to stay in Jacó close to the Main Street and beach. The rooftop area has a beautiful view of the beach and surroundings. We really enjoyed our stay here, highly recommended!

Jean’s airbnb was perfect. I travel solo and this was definitely a gem for me . You’re in the heart of everything !! Orange pub , restaurants and close to activities . Definitely would book again my next time around !! Take their suggestions for transportation you’ll save money and activities! A/C blew great !! View was amazing 🏝️

The place was pretty nice overall, the kitchen really well equipped. Minutes away from one of the nicest beaches around. The apartment had a great view of the ocean, which was a nice bonus.

Fantastic view. We were only there for 1 night and didn't spend much time in the house but everything about the stay was great.

Beautiful off the beaten path home next to the beach. House was beautiful with air conditioning that helped on the hot and humid days. Beach was just across the street which was nice though rip tides were possible so had to swim during certain times of the day to avoid them. Jefferson was always responsive with anything we needed and even offered to do laundry for a small fee which was nice and convenient.

Great location, the beach is at front and with great access walking. The pool has a good size and the house is very well equipped.

The house and property were as described and expected and we were extremely happy with our stay! We were specifically looking for something outside of the typical tourist spots and Gary’s place did not disappoint. Gary specifically stated that the mosquito population at his house was low and he was absolutely right! Just a few tips and recommendations for other potential visitors. - The kayaks must be taken down the hill to the beach for each use for security reasons. We hesitated to use them until our last day for this reason but we wish we hadn’t. Gary made it very easy and he took them down on his car. It’s an easy paddle to some snorkeling and nice beach areas. You can avoid paying for parking and hauling gear. - there is a public road between the pool area and beach where locals like to park and hang out. Shrubbery gives visual privacy but you may hear music. This did not detract from our stay. Overall we absolutely recommend this house to others.

If we could give more than 5-stars we would. Before we even arrived, Kelly was so helpful, suggesting tours and giving us local travel tips. The house is gorgeous, the property is pristine, and the hosts were so accommodating. Book it now!

This house is beautiful. It had a fully stocked kitchen, lots of indoor and outdoor space, and feels very private. The pool was great and the outdoor shower and bathroom made cleaning off sand and keeping the house and pool clean easy. The beach felt like a private beach with almost no other people as far as the eye can see. The surf is strong, but the kids had a great time boogie boarding, but do take caution not to go out too far. There are lots of friendly dogs in the neighborhood that roam, but they didn’t bother us. It is about 20 mins from town, so expect to have to drive a bit for amenities. That was fine for us because we were looking for peace and quiet and got it! Comfortable and beautiful house. I recommend.

Beautiful home right on the beach with amazing host who was always right there to assist when needed. The home was immaculate and beds very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. The living room was a great relaxing spot and my favourite was the patio table overlooking the pool. We loved this home and you can tell the owner takes pride in hosting. We will be back at the first opportunity . Highly recommended. Thank you for an amazing few days!

Beautiful place, oceanfront, lots of amenities within a short walk.

Great apartment at a secure location. Pool just outside and access to the beach. Access to the casino next door with restaurant options and an even bigger pool. Can walk the street or beach to the downtown in 20 minutes or get a cab/Uber if the weather is too hot.

My family and I were very happy with this beautiful unit, everything was in perfect condition. Its location is excellent so close to everything. We recommend them 100% ☺️

First of all, congratulating Mary on the excellent attention and respectful treatment she gave us at all times, the place is really beautiful and close to restaurants and supermarkets. The access to the beach is 5 minutes walk, just cross a street and you are enjoying the best sunsets. The place is spotless and provided with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Would definitely visit again!!

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful home. It was a pleasure to be able to come and have a little fun well we wait to close on our house. The home was clean, and neat. Well stocked, and loved that it had a washer and dryer. Would stay again.

The condo is very comfortable and close to a nice beach. We appreciated that it's not far from San Jose. It was clean and had everything we needed. We had a party of 8 and we had plenty of room for everyone! The walk to and from the beach is about 7-8 minutes and it's a very steep hill. There is a grocery store about 5 minutes away driving, not withing walking distance. Wish there were more restaurant options, the only restaurant close by was closed due to it being low season when we were there. Communication was always clear and quick. We will definitely consider this condo again on our next trip to Costa Rica.
