Wonderful secure and clean new building with great amenities within a few steps from the beach and many restaurants. Unit is spacious, view is amazing, and host is friendly and responsive.

David’s place was great! You cannot beat the location and view. We were so thankful we chose this place, it was close to everything and he is a great host. We’d love to come back!

We were pleasantly surprised to find a 25 meter lap pool. The location was perfect, and the condo fit our family perfectly. We loved sitting on the balcony or roof top to watch the surfers during sunrise and sunset.

Thomas was very communicative right from beginning. From local recommendations very detailed instructions. The balcony had great ocean views and mountains views. And place is off the main strip so no disturbance from noise. And the bed was so comfortable.

Our family of four had a great weekend at Andrea's place. The view from the 17th Floor was amazing. We had three great sunsets. From the balcony we could watch the scarlet macaws soaring from the mountains down to the beach. The Playa Esmeralda beach club was about a 5 minute walk from the apartment. It has direct beach access to Playa Manta. Our kids played all day on the beach and in the pools. We highly recommend and would return again.

The condo was as described. The view was amazing. The condo was beautiful. And Yolanda was amazing. Very easy to deal with very helpful. We will definitely stay there again when we’re in the area.

The host was extremely responsive. We loved the used of Hotel Jaco’s pool, restaurant, room service, & beach access.

The house and property were as described and expected and we were extremely happy with our stay! We were specifically looking for something outside of the typical tourist spots and Gary’s place did not disappoint. Gary specifically stated that the mosquito population at his house was low and he was absolutely right! Just a few tips and recommendations for other potential visitors. - The kayaks must be taken down the hill to the beach for each use for security reasons. We hesitated to use them until our last day for this reason but we wish we hadn’t. Gary made it very easy and he took them down on his car. It’s an easy paddle to some snorkeling and nice beach areas. You can avoid paying for parking and hauling gear. - there is a public road between the pool area and beach where locals like to park and hang out. Shrubbery gives visual privacy but you may hear music. This did not detract from our stay. Overall we absolutely recommend this house to others.

If we could give more than 5-stars we would. Before we even arrived, Kelly was so helpful, suggesting tours and giving us local travel tips. The house is gorgeous, the property is pristine, and the hosts were so accommodating. Book it now!

The home is perfectly located away from the strip but close enough for you to walk. It is spacious and conveniently located by the community pool which my kids loved. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions. My family enjoyed our stay in this home. Will definitely stay here again in our next trip to Costa Rica.

The sunsets alone were worth every penny!! We raced back to the house every night just to watch the colors change. The house itself is quaint, clean, organized and quite perfect! It’s small but they have what is needed to hang your clothes as there is not a lot of room to leave open luggage. Our family ran and played on the quiet beach. I think we saw 5 people total.. great hard packed sand for morning and evening walks. There was a spot that was very dirty (glass, plastic, etc) from high tide that you would want to wear shoes to walk through. Giovanni was thorough in communications and quick to respond! His directions were very much appreciated. We knew there weren’t a ton of amenities nearby. But it’s no joke, when you leave the house pack what you need as it’s not near activities and has very limited eating. Not an issue for most - just a heads up!

This place was so beautiful, very clean and the communication was sufficient. The power went out for like a minute and someone came by to make sure that everything was ok. The response time was amazing. The power turned back on shortly after. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was fine, only the little detail that bothered us in terms of health, that smoking is allowed in the facilities and the smell is quite uncomfortable and unpleasant both in the pool and in the apartment. However, Priscila was attentive to give us answers at all times.

Everything was great. The area is beautiful and very clean. Lots of pretty birds, sloths in the tree right outside the patio with a beautiful ocean view. The condo was perfect and very comfortable and nicely decorated.

Shelley’s listing was a 10/10. The views, the bedrooms, and cleanliness exceeded our expectations. It is perfectly located for those who want the beautiful and peaceful ocean views but still only a 5-10 minute uber to downtown. By far the best listing we’ve stayed at in Costa Rica.

The Condos as Los Suenos are a very comfortable stay. This condo in particular is decorated and outfitted well, and it made me feel like I was staying at my grandfathers in Florida, which was a welcomed vibe as I live in Costa Rica now. The grounds are enormous and expansive, like a whole village. It was a bit confusing to navigate without direction or a map but simple enough. There were many restaurants that delivered to the condo like room service which was great and the marina and shops were lovely. The condo has access to a pool area they call a beach club, it’s a 5 minute drive from the condo itself located next to the hotel. It’s a bit confusing what you do and don’t have access to staying on the grounds. To use the hotel amenities you need to buy a day pass but the day we were there they were sold out. It’s a lovely condo. Very expensive for Costa Rica, they charge that much for Los Suenos community amenities.

This is a perfect place for our group of seven. Awesome and beautiful place. Brittany was great, very responsive and very helpful.
