Vacation rentals with lake access in Pinheira Beach

The stay with Tathiana was great, she was attentive and provided all the necessary information. The house has a good space and is great for staying with the family! It's close to everything, the beach, market and pharmacy. The time we spent there was great.

It was a good experience! We were a group of 6 and the space complied with absolutely everything necessary to make us feel comfortable and enjoy to the fullest. The place is really beautiful, with a decoration that left us impressed, and the atmosphere was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place for future occasions. We spent five amazing days at Affonso’s place with my boyfriend, and from the first moment, I knew I had made a great choice. The house is beautiful—cozy, aesthetically pleasing (very important for me, haha!), and surrounded by a lovely garden that adds to the feeling of tranquility. The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk from the stunning Campeche beach and close to some great cafés. The house is smartly designed, super comfortable, and has everything you need for a great stay. If you’re a remote worker, the WiFi is excellent. On top of that, Affonso was very responsive and proactive. We really appreciated all the clear instructions he provided, which made our check-in and check-out seamless. We’ll definitely be back! I indicate this place with eyes closed! Super cozy place, with an amazing view. It's even more beautiful in person. There are countless wonderful corners on the property with breathtaking views! For those looking for calm and nature, it's the perfect place! And what about the host, Mr. Carlos made us feel at home. He is super attentive, polite and intelligent, has an incredible story and the property is a reflection of all the work of him and his employees who are also super nice. The saddest part is certainly having to leave lol but we will certainly be back soon <3

We had a beautiful stay at Amadeu’s place. Host was incredibly helpful and responsive making adjustments to suite a family with young children. The house is perfect for family with little kids with a great play area and a mini playground in the shape of a pirate ship - my kids LOVE IT 🥰 the house is in a beautiful location by the lake, very peaceful. The only downside was the showers. Not very hot specially leading into winter and very, very low pressure but wouldn’t be an issue in summer time. Another downside is the neighbours dogs. They have 5-6 dogs that bark all day (and night!) long. We had to get a white noise machine for the kids. Wish the neighbour was a bit more friendly and respectful of their neighbours and manage their pets better. All in all a great stay a Ned we’d book again. Our stay was very quiet. The house is spacious and in a great location. Cristina was very kind and helped us with everything we needed. The Madre River is a few steps from the house and we enjoyed great moments of family fishing. The house has all the necessary utensils. Every house has hot water. The shower is great.... a lot of water came out and the hot tub allowed for an even better stay. It was a great few days.

Ishbel's place is a wonderful natural sanctuary in Floripa. The gardens, pool, and amazing views all made our stay memorable. Ishbel was a great host who communicated everything well, and I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Hi Soraia. Great stay. We had a very good holiday at this location. The apartment is an ideal size for a couple and a child. But the real strong point is the condominium's outdoor space, with a very large green area and very good infrastructure. I leave only one suggestion regarding the check-out time because 10 a.m. is too early for those who are enjoying a rest. It could be extended to 12 p.m. at least, or there could be some flexibility, even because I think it's unlikely that another guest would occupy the property right after the holiday ends. This point is a suggestion. In addition, everything perfect.

Cozy apartment, new furniture, and everything very organized, impeccable cleaning with towels and bedding that were super-scented. Otima location and Dona Rozangela was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We'll be back for sure!

Ivanhoé's apartment is excellent: very well located, decorated and spacious. Very good quality bedding as well. We were very well received by Andreia. Two unique caveats: air conditioners seem to deserve a sanitization and the one in the suite could be quieter. Anyway, we would return (and we intend to go back), for sure.

Wonderful location and host!

The house is better than the pictures. It has many rooms to enjoy in groups, air-conditioning in the living room, two kitchens, covered garages, little football field... Very cool place and with some amenities that have caught the eye, like a basket full of pool towels and several large pots. The entire period we spent in the house was excellent.

The place is wonderful. Well located, it has restaurants nearby and the beach as well. I loved the place and the cottage. We'll definitely be back again. :D

Wonderful place, incredible experience, I will definitely be back, João, the neighbor responsible for the house, is a lovely person, making the stay even more pleasant, the waterfall near the house is beautiful, the lake in front makes the dawn a little piece of heaven, we got to know the guard beach of Embaú, and it was wonderful. We climbed the hill of Pedra Branca, an incredible experience. Super recommended, I'll be back soon

It was all quiet. Place is great and nice. Only take care of mosquitoes, which is normal in a place like this. It was very nice to spend some time there. Unique, however, was receiving a message from the co-host asking me about the "dirt". As we had made a prior lunch and left the dishes to be washed, since there is a cleaning fee that is intended for this service according to Airbnb's own rules. However, it was embarrassing and outrageous to receive such a message. Detail that the cleaning fee would give to pay two faxes for the region price.

Our stay was great. It met our needs and expectations. Location, cleanliness and communication with Mahana were great. Very easy access to the lagoon. Lots of restaurants nearby. Supermarkets too. The super equipped kitchen. Cleaning supplies and basic necessities available. Very cozy room and great TV. Beach chairs and umbrellas available. Plenty of hammocks, tables and chairs. We just need more structure to accommodate clothes. I recommend it!

The Chácara is wonderful. Much contact with nature, spacious and cozy house. Great place for kids, my kids loved it! Hosts always very attentive and responded quickly. I highly recommend it! Those who will always want to come back! 😍

We spent the most perfect Easter holiday in the world! Everything was wonderful. The house is perfect, well-equipped. Leandro is very attentive and thoughtful. Excellent space to escape the hustle and bustle of the routine and spend a weekend with an interior atmosphere. A private place and super close to the city. Very quiet dirt road.
