Fantastic location in Ribeirao da Ilha. Loved the indoor/outdoor living, and the privacy of the deck with a view over the bay was spectacular - especially from the pool or hot tub. Rancho Acoriano was hands down the best restaurant of the many options; you can miss it! Renato the owner was fantastic to work with; thank you for an unforgettable week!

The house is pretty good and easy to live in. The outside area is nice and cozy. The location is coool, close to the beach, the condominium is secure and nice even more with a children. Ana is cool and responsive. We recommend it. One think we found surprising is they locked the dressing in the main room so we have to put our close in other rooms.

The house is very complete in utensils , comfortable, privacy and safety also caught the attention. The leisure spaces are wonderful. The house is located very close to other beaches such as Sonho beach and Embau Guard, we got Uber easily on the days we need it. There are several markets nearby. It was worth the stay. Paulo, Bianca and Gilberto were super considerate.

The place, no words. Everything is impeccable, in perfect condition, everything you need and more, everything is very technological and easy to use. And of all things there is more than one option, that is two kitchens, two electric turkeys, two sets of crockery etc. When we saw it on the page we seemed pretty, but when we met it we really ran out of words. Better than a hotel, and 2 blocks literal from the beach. (note that it has everything for the beach, umbrella, repository, cart, boards). On the barbecue it has a special fridge for the beer, imposing. Karine and her husband, generosity and immense attention. They resolved all our concerns and were always attentive to making everything easier. We had to stay one more night because of a car problem, and they made everything a lot easier. We are very comfortable with your treatment. 200% Recommended. The place and on the date we choose to go, it's paradise…. Beautiful beach, temperate waters, few people in March.

It was a good experience! We were a group of 6 and the space complied with absolutely everything necessary to make us feel comfortable and enjoy to the fullest. Our stay at Debora's house was very good. She was very attentive and flexible with our inbound and outbound times. Reply quickly and was very helpful when we had some setbacks. The house was quite clean and fully equipped with the necessary for a comfortable accommodation. The courtyard despite being individual has access to pedestrians and other guests' cars, which was initially a nuisance due to our pet but Débora was willing to help us with that. We recommend the space.

We took a trip among 8 friends and the experience was great. The site met 100% of our expectations and we greatly took advantage of the beach and the pool. In addition, Janeo always quickly answered our questions and was very helpful. We definitely intend to go back.

Excellent accommodation, I stayed in a large space for one person but it could fit about 3 people. I was well taken care of, in the region I didn't see things to do without a car, I made my trip with an average Uber of 11 to 14 reais to the center of Florianópolis very fast. There are buses that leave from platform c of the ticen terminal but it takes 40 minutes... so it's not worth it if you want to enjoy the city, time is worth gold.

The house has unimaginable views, is very spacious, comfortable and beautiful. It has a prime location, which makes the stay spectacular. Jessica and her mom were always very attentive to our concerns.

Casa exceeded expectations, large house, comfortable, air-conditioning in all the rooms. We were between 4 adults and 3 children, barbecue area and pool a show to enjoy the end of the day, sea near 5 minutes on foot. 15 minutes by car to Guarda do Embaú, 15 minutes by car to the end of the parrot and the beach of the dream. It was worth the experience, God willing we will be back.

The house is very wide, all good and airy rooms, exactly as in the listing. Although it was an old house, everything was in perfect working order. The location is privileged, especially for those who are familiar with Floripa. Close to the eastern and southern beaches, and relatively close to the Centre. We chose the most perfect house of all!!! Close to downtown, close to the beach, we did everything on foot. The house is exactly as Ana shows in the photos, the kitchen is fully equipped and very functional, it is integrated with the living room and the balcony, which is wonderful! Ana has a deck on her balcony that is sensational. The house is very airy and the best part is that the wind blew right on the balcony and in the living room and it was always cool and pleasant to be there. The house had a beach chair and umbrella, the space for the dog is very good, my dog loved it. I recommend Ana's house to everyone, the decor is beautiful and with many nice messages. The house exceeded all our expectations and is much more beautiful seeing it in person. Ana always answered all my questions very quickly, a super high-spirited person, friendly, helpful and a dear. We'll definitely be back, I already told her.
