Monthly Rentals in Pine Ridge

Rayne’s space is very comfortable and I didn’t even realize the family under me. Comfortable place for a few days with places to shop nearby if you need something. The host gave all information for check in and checked if I had any concerns or needs. I’d book again and recommend this spot to others!!!

This place is a must stay if you like cozy, rustic, and peaceful places that are also convenient to several amenities and the City of Columbia. Dana and Kimberly were great hosts that are extremely responsive and had tons of suggestions of places to eat and good neighborhoods in the City. The place is so comfortable and is perfect to wind down and relax after a day of house hunting. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a cup of coffee/tea or cook a meal. The decor was eclectic and just added to the great vibe the place had. Just Us Cafe was great for breakfast and Maurice’s Piggy Park BBQ on Charleston Hwy in West Columbia has really good food as well. If you’re in need of an Air BnB in the Columbia, SC area, give this place a try; you won’t be disappointed!!

Cindy was an excellent host. She provided more than enough towels and toiletries which I appreciated. She was also very accommodating when I asked for late checkout! This is a guest house that is located dirrctly behind the main property. So, no property privacy. On the other hand, i appreciated the outside cameras and motion sensor lights since i was in and out late lights. I felt very safe. I would definitely use again!
