The accommodation is in the heart of Francavilla al mare. At the Sirena, this is the hub of this seaside town. 5-minute walk to the beach (soft sandy beach). Via an underpass (under the train tracks) you can easily reach the beach, the world's best ice cream parlor "Tennisbar dal Professore" and various Restaurants. On the side of the accommodation, there are several supermarkets (it is recommended to take the car) The property is located in a corner house, on the upper floor. In the spacious entrance area, the small kitchen is open to the living and dining room, beautifully bright and spacious. Two bedrooms go to the right and the bathroom to the left. From the bedroom windows you can see the sea. All rooms have air conditioning. The apartment is clean, tidy, spacious, centrally located. Small "helpers" such as laundry racks, parasols and brooms make it easier to organize after a nice day at the beach. We thank Elisa for the great accommodation. We will be happy to come back!

we stayed for the May 1st bridge, in this apartment in the wonderful Abruzzo, impeccable cleanliness, convenient to all services restaurants, bars and pastry shops, large free parking a few meters from the apartment, excellent and comfortable bicycles available to travel 200 meters the beautiful bike path on the sea to Pescara and beyond.. it is practically located in the center of Francavilla al mare, I thank Nicola the host infinitely for the warm welcome late at night on the day of arrival, it seemed to meet a friend is not at all obvious nowadays. We'll keep it in mind!

Great location. Beautiful home. Gorgeous beach/weather. Safe to walk/bike around the area. We loved our stay. Highly recommend it. A lot good placed to eat close by. Very attentive host.
