Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Pawleys Island

We stayed here for a week to celebrate my son’s 5th birthday and had a great time! The house felt clean, new, and fit two large vehicles plus a six-seater golf cart we rented. The host was very responsive and friendly, which we appreciated. A few things to note: no beach gear is provided (chairs, toys, umbrellas), so bring your own. There was a minor issue with the golf cart being taken during our rental period for registration, which wasn’t ideal, but the host resolved it with a refund. Also, there are several exterior cameras—understandable for security, but a bit much for our taste. If you like to cook, be aware the kitchen has only the basics—no oven mitts, measuring cups, or cheese grater. The grill on the porch was a highlight, though! Overall, a lovely stay. We’d return, just with better packing and prep next time. Thanks so much!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront home in Surfside Beach, SC! The house was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had a peaceful, welcoming vibe. The breeze and ocean views were amazing, and the neighborhood felt very safe. The host was exceptional—kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to accommodate us and our dog. The home was exactly as listed, with cozy linens, plenty of dish/laundry soap, and great amenities. We were there during the King Tide—no flooding and a cool experience. Minor note: a broom and ice would’ve been nice, but easy to manage. GPS may route you to a nearby public lot across the canal; future guests might appreciate delivery instructions in the welcome info. Overall, a fantastic, pet-friendly spot that we highly recommend. We’d gladly return!

I had a great stay at this beautiful condo in Myrtle Beach! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-stocked—perfect for two people. It had everything I needed for a comfortable trip. The location was perfect with a lot of restaurant, shop, and attraction options just minutes away, which made it easy to enjoy the area. The parking garage was a bit tight, but it didn’t take away from the overall amazing experience. I’d definitely love to stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area! One of the best parts was being able to sit on the balcony with the ocean right there and waking up to the view from bed! The resort also has many other amenities and activities on the property with easy beach access. Not to mention the water pressure was amazing. Jessica was very helpful and responsive. Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo at True Blue. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath set up, with each bedroom having a desk, was very handy for us on this working trip to PI. We like to cook and found everything we needed including olive oil, salt and pepper, and some Keurig coffee pods to get us started. We purchased coffee to use in the pot after the first day since it was a combo coffee pot/Keurig single use machine. Great supply of dishes and glasses, beach chairs if you needed them, and a cute screened porch with grill out back. Great value and nice and clean, loved the supplied cushy robes! Great stay, no complaints!

John and Lissa were so responsive, kind, and accommodating. Their property is beautiful and within a short walking distance to the beach. I would recommend staying at this location.

My husband and I loved staying here. Very easy to access, clean and cozy. Great location (close to great restaurants) and the view is beautiful! It had everything we needed for a relaxing long weekend. We would definitely stay again!

Our stay at the rental home was amazing. The beach was simply steps away. The owners provided all beach chairs, beach umbrella, rolling cooler & a beach wagon so it was very easy to pack up our gear & go every day. All beach towels were also included. We loved the fenced in backyard, which was perfect for our fur babies. The pool was also amazing. We could not be any happier with the total experience of renting this house. All instructions were clearly communicated in a very timely manner, & any correspondence with the owner was always answered very quickly. The house was very spacious. We had a total of 11 people & 3 dogs for our week long stay & with four bedrooms everyone was more than comfortable. There were also three full bathrooms, which was great & accommodated everyone to shower & get ready on a daily basis. The kitchen was well stocked with plates & silverware along with pots & pans, & it was very nice to see a ton games throughout the house for adults and children to play

It was our 2nd stay at Becky’s cottage. It is a charming and cozy little cottage. Close to the Marsh walk, State Park and gardens. We greatly enjoyed our stay as did our pooch Buddy who loved watching the squirrels from the porch!

Fantastic stay! A perfect cottage for a fun couple night out for New Years Eve! We booked very last minute and everything was pristine. Would stay again!

The house is great, it has everything that is listed, we just didn't like the location. For the price we paid we expected a nicer surrounding and not be in a trailer park. We did like that it was close to the beach. The host communicated well and had a quick response to a small issue that came about. They even reached out to make sure we were good afterwards.

The pictures does no justice. An amazingly beautiful home. The backyard is a relaxing oasis. James was very tentative in responding to our questions. My family and I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Beautiful house in the perfect location. We had everything we could possibly need in one spot. Beach is steps away from the house. The pool and hot tub are wonderful options when you don't want the beach. Lots to do inside for rainy days. Kids loved the xbox. Fully stocked kitchen for family meals. Beds are great! Plenty of room to spread out. Amber is a fantastic host! Hope to be back next year. Best vacation ever!

Great place and wonderful host! We had a hiccup and the AC wasn’t working properly the first night. But Audrey immediately responded and had an AC repair guy out there first thing the next morning! The condo was well equipped, very clean, large and a great place to stay! Only complaints we had were the sheets are scratchy and stiff! Otherwise the beds were super comfy! We had this same issue in another condo we rented a few months ago in the Pawleys area. Not sure if it’s the same rental management company but Costco and Amazon sell some great soft sheets for a great prices that can be washed several times without wear and tear! 😊 The only other complaint which is out of the owners control was the unit above. Our last night, renters moved into the unit above us and we couldnt drown them out!! Not sure if it was just heavy walkers but my gosh all we could hear the last night was the people walking around upstairs! Even a sound machine was drowning them out. Just a warning if you’re

We booked this townhouse for a local event. The townhouse was exactly as described, the location is unbeatable. Extremely walkable to the marsh and multiple (very good) restaurants. We had the opportunity to speak with neighbors who were also very friendly. Katie was very communicative and kind! There was a cute personalized sign welcoming us to Murrells hanging on the wall, we found this to be such a nice touch! the townhouse was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay - down to qtips (that we forgot to bring). Can't wait to book this unit again next year!

This place has everything you could want for a beach trip. A wagon, beach chairs, boogie boards and even beach towels. The 4 block walk to the beach is easy but the golf cart made it much more fun. Public beach access with golf cart parking available on 17th and 21st. If you don’t like the sand, the pool and hot tub are enough. Even board games for rainy days. The only thing that could make this house any better is if it were oceanfront. Thanks again for the nice house to make more memories together.

This was my first trip to Pawley's Island. In truth, not being beach people, we stayed in Pawley's Island to visit Georgetown which is just a few miles away. George's house was very clean and had everything we needed. It was easy to find and in a safe neighborhood. Our only complaint was the nearness of the neighbors and no privacy for sitting outside, which was not clear in the photos. Otherwise, the house was a convenient location for anywhere you want to go on the island. Brookgreen Botanical Gardens was the highlight of our stay and well worth spending an afternoon admiring the lush landscape and sculptures. Also highly recommended is the Gullah Museum in Georgetown for an interesting and educational experience.

We had a great stay and felt like it was a good location for everything from groceries and restaurants to quick golf cart or car ride to beach. Had a wonderful week with family and would definitely stay again!

It was great staying here. The place was very clean and very nice. The pool and hot tub area provided a great hangout spot and access to the beach was easy and great. If you are looking to have a nice day with a group, I would recommend this place.

Great location for ability to get to the beach, restaurants, and local shopping. Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Everything we needed was provided in the condo!

We loved Pawleys Island and Sandra’s place! It was perfect! Had everything you could need! Decorated so cute, comfy and cozy! Great area, comfortable and safe, easy to get to the beach, restaurants and the shops! It was wonderful!! Sandra was very nice, communication was very good and she is there if you need, with prompt responses! Highly recommend!! 😊
