what a beautiful place! The house is nicely done and well equipped. We loved spending a day on the lake with the pontoon. In addition, John and Kevin have two kayaks at the house that we enjoyed using. And we spent our evenings sitting at the fireplace and looking onto the lake. We had the best time here, thanks for this great place!

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin for a few nights. The property was peaceful, relaxing, and well thought out. We enjoyed the comfortable couches and beds, pristine bathrooms, and excellent outdoor spaces. The dog run was the cherry on top of everything. It saved time and the stress of putting harnesses/leashes on our dogs to use the restroom outside. The bonfire pit was perfect and had help for starting fires (thank goodness!). It is 4 minutes from a local mart with supplies and ice cream/lunch place (Scooter’s) and only 10 minutes away from normal supermarket. Needless to say, you are removed from normal civilization, but not far away from it when needed. We would definitely recommend this cabin!

Nice quiet place to stay while visiting the area. It was as described, very cozy and comfortable. It was just the kind of place we were looking for during our recent visit to Kalamazoo, affordable and accessible. I would consider staying there again.

No words can accurately capture the scenic location on this lake. Beautiful sunsets and wildlife. Peaceful with attractions a very easy drive nearby. Just bring your own water and ice since the well water is pretty Sulphur tasting- which the host mentioned. Great get away- couldn't have been more perfect for our reunion.
