Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Parma

Booked for a barbecue, place with a beautiful view less than an hour from Parma. Enrico is very kind and super helpful if there are any issues or not

Very nice place, on a huge private, fenced property. Surrounded by olive trees and a really enchanted property, this invites you to have breakfast, sunbathe or dinner. Without disturbing views, sauna is made possible here with adjoining wood-fired jacuzzi. A dream! The massively surrounding winemakers provide the right wine. Wine tasting is also available everywhere here. The owner is very accommodating and respects privacy. Your residential building is located on this property, but not in the view of the Guesthouse. Shopping facilities such as a supermarket, specialty shops, bakeries, etc. are about 30 minutes walking distance. All in all, a perfect place to relax and enjoy. We will be back! Thanks for the great getaway!

Antonio was a fantastic host. Great check in - clear instructions. Pool and garden were fantastic. Very secure, secluded and private garden. Wish it was my house! Did get quite a few mosquito bites but that's to be expected with the area. Host had lots of mosquito solutions, sprays etc. In short, a fantastic place and a great host who was v responsive. Thank you Antonio. Ps. The pool - amazing.

This place is a well hidden gem

The stay at Fabrizio's place was great . It is located between the hillside with a magnificent pool and mountain views. Ideal if you like to stay in the nature and take walks. Also the stay was very nice! We cannot make any comments.

We had a great time staying at Linda's place, this is the second time we've been coming because it's really a piece of paradise . I recommend going right away!

Chiara's parents, Paola and Mario, welcomed us super friendly, courteous and warmly! Everything was very straightforward and familiar. Very cozy and spacious rooms, breakfast a dream! Glad to come back!

Our stay at Giorgio's was very nice. The property and the garden with the pool are very lovingly designed and decorated. The apartment has everything you need, with a well-equipped kitchen. You can do a lot in the area (hiking, cycling, looking at beautiful old towns, etc.), also to the Cinque Terre it is not far (45 min by car). We would come back any time to enjoy the peace, kindness and the magnificent scenery!

Large accommodation organized on 2 levels , living room and kitchen entrance on the ground floor and bedrooms (4) on the 1st floor and a bathroom laundry room in the basement. Like a house on 3 levels in short. There is also a terrace and garden. Everything is clean. Only drawback, the 3 bathrooms are distributed on each of the levels. The house is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Modena. Great value for money.

Hosts who are helpful and kind, very welcoming and, despite living next door, never intrusive. The house is beautiful, the outside even more. Very nice pool. Large barbecue that allowed us to grill many things together. Very large interior spaces, kitchen equipped with everything, the bathrooms reserved for almost every room are a detail. The only downside is the difficulties of connecting with the Wi-Fi network, but you can also do without in a place like this.

Lovely place, perfect for a big friend group. Super peaceful and far away from any distractions.

Villa Diletta is very nice and idyllically located, you can visit a winery nearby (very nice!). In addition, you can go to small restaurants nearby, which are very tasty. It may be good to have a car for excursions. The owners of the villa were really very nice and always gave tips or helped. The pool is very nice and although the owners live in the same house we had a lot of privacy and space to ourselves. We would definitely return!

It's such a beautiful location and view. We went swimming in the river just a 10 minute walk up the road. The house is very well equipped, and had everything we needed.

Great place, quite clean and large. Near all the great places to tour to see Parmagiano and balsamic vinegar being made. Not to mention near some great restaurants and the Ferrari museum. The house is all rose limestone, very big with three nice bedrooms. The bathrooms are somewhat oddly laced out, with the large master with a jacuzzi tub but no shower. We didn’t have time to try out the jacuzzi. The second bathroom near the bedrooms on the same floor had a shower which worked fine, though it was in what seemed to be a small laundry room. The best shower was on the main floor, and somewhat inconvenient to walk downstairs to, but also was large and worked great. The kitchen stove has inductor heaters which take some getting used to and worked great. The kitchen is nicely appointed with everything needed. Best of all was the service. When we were leaving we mistakenly left the keys locked in the house and couldn’t open the gate to leave. I called and our contact came quickly to rescue us

A unique and special experience awaits you if you book to stay with Roberta and Georgio! Not only is the apartment spotless, charming and neat as a pin, but the are so many extras too. The local recommendations are excellent, and your hosts will go out of their way to make you feel welcome and provide you with everything you need (and more). Having a kitchen full of breakfast foods already stocked, made our stay with children so much easier. If you are looking for a holiday that is luxurious, culturally enriching and peaceful, then look no further. You will need a car to get here, but it's totally worth the trip. Couldn't have asked for more, and have never stayed anywhere better. Highly recommended.
