We had a great time. Tim's house is very well placed to discover this area. The house is spacious, very nice with its large very clear stay and this accommodation is very clean. The garden is beautiful , well maintained and has a magical view of the environment. Tim and his mother are discreet. Beautiful garden, with great facilities including a lovely and stunning views from the hills of Emilia Romagna. The kitchen is bright and we-equipped. The house generally is charming - welcoming and wonderfully decorated with lemon motifs everywhere. Miriam was welcoming and communicated in great time. And the cat is a sweetheart. Highly recommended to families and larger groups.

Alessia’s apartment is in the heart of old town and she is an exceptional host with lots of information regarding Pontremoli.

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

We loved our stay at Giulia’s blue house. Beautiful garden, clean house and Giulia was sweet and helpful.

This was the most beautiful home I have ever stayed in. And Federica, the most wonderful gracious host. The house and its furnishings are magnificent. The amount of effort made by Federica to welcome and accommodate her guests was truly extraordinary. I only wish we had spent more time in Modena during. Our tour of Emilia Romagna. If we are ever in the area again we will surely try to stay at this home. Thank you Federica for making our stay a most memorable one!

What can I say, a unique experience because the accommodation is located within a beautiful medieval village... not to mention the impeccable service from the cleanliness and modern furnishings of the accommodation, to the service of the very kind host. Upon arrival, we found his mother, who was very nice and kind, and also advised us on what to do. Very quiet area, you can also take beautiful excursions in the middle of nature and a few kilometers away to visit the Cinque Terre.

Very clean, very modern and beautiful apartment. A working weekend away from home, made much lighter by the comfort of the accommodation and the bed. Very quiet, residential area. Giuseppe is very kind and helpful, I highly recommend!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Andreina apartment, a recently well renovated farmhouse furnished with a mixture of modern and historic pieces. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. Mathieu and Simona live nearby and were very attentive to our stay. It is always a better experience when the owner lives nearby and tends to the property rather than using an agency. The surrounding area is beautiful. The apartment is perfect for those looking to relax and who are looking to do day trips in the surrounding area. It does require a car. Supplies are available about 10 minutes away in a nearby town.

We had a wonderful stay in Brescello at Mariacristina’s. Check-in was incredibly smooth, and the apartment was chic and clean with everything we needed, plus an adorable balcony. Our host was a warm, helpful and communicative. Thank you for your hospitality!

Maria Luisa is a delightful person and her home is very atmospheric with local character. It also has so many rooms that the first day I kept forgetting in what room I left something! Mantova (Mantua) is a beautiful and very interesting city and her home is within walking distance of countless stores, restaurants and tourist sights. Grazie, Maria Luisa!

For us, it was location. We were able to park our car for almost 48 hours and visit all the sights in Mantua on foot. Luca always responded quickly to any of our questions or needs. We are happy that we stayed at Luca’s place.

Very nice apartment in the historic center of Mantua, a stone's throw from Palazzo Ducale. I was impressed by the organization of the apartment: there is everything you need and something more. Paola is wonderful, she welcomed us on our arrival and gave us all the necessary directions. The breakfast provided by Paola and the directions to the local restaurants were very much appreciated. It was very convenient to arrive by car to the entrance of the apartment thanks to the ZTL pass. I hope, in the future, to be able to be Paola's guest again in her beautiful apartment. You can see and feel the passion they put into it. Congrats.

Absolutely perfect accommodation! The apartment was located in a quiet neighborhood where there were nice neighbors. The apartment was clean, cozy (just like the photos), and Gabriele was a super host. He gave us a lot of tips and was very welcoming. We stayed with him for a week and thanks to this stay we fell in love with Modena and we will definitely be back someday🩷. And the big plus was the friendly and wonderful kitties in the area. 🤩

Million dollar view. Marco and Laura are the most wonderful hosts and we would happily return to this lovely property. They went out of their way to accommodate us and our guests. The property was exactly what we needed: being two, two bedroom houses, side-by-side; we had privacy, as did our guests. The property is well equipped and we enjoyed using the fire bbq, the pool, playing pool in the evenings. Cooking was delightful, using an extensive array of herbs and vegetation from the garden, planted by Marco and Laura. Our hosts have filled cupboards with towels for the house and for use at the pool and there is a washing machine in each property and a clothes line for drying. The wifi is good. Warm evenings sat at the al fresco patio table, with an exceptional view of snowy mountains and a mountain rock that inspired Dante’s Inferno, is very special. We felt very comfortable and had a lovely time :) The accommodation absolutely matches the pictures and the description. It is spacious and well equipped, with small snacks and drinks for the first day! The large pool was open, so we could swim a lot. A large gas grill is also available for grilling. Our host Riccardo was friendly, helpful, was always available and even blew up a collection of bath toys for the pool for our children. A great little bakery is three houses away. Otherwise, you need a car to explore the area - but I think you should inform yourself about something like that in advance. The only thing that bothered me was the noise from the neighbors. Due to the dogs and small children, we sat upright in bed several times late at night, as it was really very loud. After three nights, we got used to it.

We were so lucky to stay at Isabella’s beautiful space this past weekend as a group of friends celebrating a birthday. The home and surroundings was even more beautiful than the photos, and was the perfect space for a large group of friends or a few families. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and their decoration was so charming. The outdoor pool was the perfect place to spend sunny summer afternoons, along with the many terraces. Isabella herself was so warm and welcoming - from the moment we arrived we felt at home and she was able to answer any questions we had for help. We ate one evening where Isabella’s husband cooked for us and the food was so delicious and the “restaurant” terrace to sit was so beautiful. We were also very lucky to get to meet the many lovely animals including Brando and the two barn kittens - a highlight for the group. It would be our dream to return one day - thank you so much Isabella!

i highly recommend this accommodation, the place is peaceful and the house has a lot of advantages, namely a cool and very nicely decorated house with all amenities. The village is a 20-minute walk away and offers all the services (restaurants, different shops, pharmacy...).To end, we were hosted very well by Elena .

We spent a few days here for New Year's, and it was absolutely wonderful. The place is cozy and beautifully furnished, surrounded by nature, which made it the perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and the attention to detail in the decor. We can't wait to come back in the summer to enjoy the outdoor pool and the gorgeous outdoor space to its fullest.
