Vacation rentals in Paradise Island

This was a great place to stay as we explored the area for the weekend! It was easy to get to just about anywhere from here (downtown and the beaches), and we all had a peaceful, cozy place to rest after busy days. Our young kids slept great on the pull out sofa.

We were there as a homebase for family during my wife's 9-hour surgery and 2 days of recovery before a post-op visit. Great location for everything in Mt Pleasant and especially easy non-high traffic accessibility to the hospital.

This was our first time renting an AirBNB and Karyn & Russ set the bar HIGH! The place was ADORABLE and VERY spacious. Everything was clean and tidy and we immediately felt at home. Anything that we could have possibly needed was there for our use. Karyn obviously put a lot of thought and effort into making sure her guests feel welcome and comfortable. It was unusually cold during our stay and she even went and purchased new comforters in case we got cold...which we didn't but that sure says a lot about her thoughtfulness. We had a wedding in Middleton Place and it was very convenient yet it was quiet and private and we had our own little getaway place away from the wedding festivities. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay. Hopefully, we can come back to explore Charleston. Thank you Karen & Russ. We enjoyed our stay tremendously!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Kate’s place, and it was just as comfortable, conveniently located and spacious as we remembered. We would definitely return again.

The house was perfect for me and it was so nice inside. I was renting the house in the hottest part of July and inside I felt cool and comfortable. The hosts were amazing and couldn't have been more nice with my needs. I had a couple issues and they went above and beyond for me - well beyond what a host would need to do. I would recommend this home to single travelers or couples looking for a cute place to relax. 10/10 experience!

We were on our 39th anniversary and had not had a vacation for some time because of illness. This was just what we needed. The place is amazing! The beach, restaurants, and beautiful surroundings were gorgeous! Also, the people in IOP are very friendly and welcoming. We met lots of new friends and will be back. Thank you Adam for being a great host!

I will return to this property as much as I can when this jewel is available! It makes total sense that this Airbnb is usually fully booked! I saw this as a REAL blessing! I WILL recommend Matthew's Boathouse to anyone who asks for recommendations. And I hope to have travel plans that line up with this property's scarce availability! :)

Matt’s tiny home is WONDERFUL! I wished the weather was a little warmer. I would have sat on that deck all night. I can’t wait to bring my sister back to this tiny home.

Very pleased with the communication. We were able to walk to the stadium, which was only 22 minutes walking time, 1 mile. Within walking distance to local restaurants and shops. They were very accommodating!! We will be back!
