Spend time relaxing in the pool, hiking or biking one of the nearby trails, or just reading a book while sitting among the redwood trees.

I’m available on the premises next door if you need anything. Near the end of a leafy, quiet street close to downtown San Jose. We are close to San Jose Airport, Convection Center, Train/Bus station, highways 280, 101, and 87. NOTE: We are compliant with COVID-19 cleaning guidelines to keep our quest and ourselves safe.

This spacious, well-appointed and renovated basement unit is bright with 10' high ceilings, large windows and its own entrance and patio. A/C. The bedrooms have king and queen beds, and the living room has a 65” TV, large sectional sofa and a desk area. The kitchenette has a large refrigerator, DW, Nespresso, cooktop and microwave. Great for families and business travelers.

Pots/pans, dishes and even a crock pot and waffle maker stock the kitchen. You will have a private fenced in front area with a seating area and artificial grass. We have built this home to welcome you as our friends and keep you comfortable. The home is located in a dog friendly neighborhood. * we do decorate for major US holidays
