Monthly Rentals in Palm Springs

The Airbnb is the most incredible on earth. I can warmly recommend it to everyone. I truly wish I could stay there forever but I will definitely come back many times. Lilit is a kind, warm-hearted, friendly and courteous person. I never had to wait long for her to answer. We felt like home every single second. The Airbnb had a wonderful location in Palm Springs right next to the Aerial Tramway. The city was also really close as well as some cute cafés and restaurants. The neighbors were all incredibly friendly. It was always quiet and no one was partying. The bathroom, bedroom, living room as well as kitchen had everything you need to feel like home. The two coffee machines were incredible in my opinion due to the fact that I love to start the morning with a good coffee. The pool area is just like a dream. The water is heavenly in regard to the cleanliness and temperature. We spend every morning and late evening in the pool which made our stay even more relaxing. Thank you Lilit☺️

Raffi is more than a super host. He can't do enough to enhance your stay and ensure you have everything you need. He telephoned me before we left home for Palm Springs and asked when our flight was scheduled to land in Palm Springs. When he heard we would be arriving in the early evening, he filled our fridge with cheese, charcuterie, salads, bottled water, and white wine and supplied crackers as well so that we wouldn't have to go out grocery shopping that evening. So generous and thoughtful! The condo became our "home away from home", which is the highest compliment I can give. The condo was immaculate, well furnished, with a very comfortable king size bed. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need to make virtually any dinner. I do cook from recipes I bring while we're on vacation so this was really appreciated! We really enjoyed the Casa Verde community, both people who live there and those on vacation, a real bonus. I highly recommend this property.

Great place! Clean with everything we needed. As pictured - pools and tennis courts were great. Secure and quiet place. Steve was easy to communicate with. We loved our stay! Thank you!
