Charming, independent, air-conditioned stone house surrounded by greenery is for up to 4 people. Downstairs is a small living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and a double sofa bed. The mezzanine at the top is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe. A patio with a table invites you to dine outdoors. The cottage is located about 20 meters from the main building and the pool, which is used by all guests.

Villa Toleda the sea and the nature

Our villa is a new building located in the beautiful Contrada Paternella in Terrasini. The sea is at a walking distance, you can reach it either through a stairs or going down a slope (this way you can go to a beatiful bay). It is possible to swim there when the sea is calm, otherwise you can go to the beach in Cinisi (5 chilometers away). Our place is located in an area half way from Palermo and Trapani.

The blue and white cottage situates in a luxurious garden with orange, lemon trees and olives. There is a terrace and a path for the big pool (15m x 6m). It's between the sea and the mount: Sferracavallo - Mondello and Monte Gallo, natural reserve. The cottage is very well-stocked, with heating in winter and air conditioning.
