Small Cabin located on 10 acres with spectacular views! Wake up and look out over the Ouachita mountains! Step out onto the large deck and enjoy a hot cup of coffee and nature! The loft is carpeted and has a Queen mattress. We have a full (tiny-home) kitchen with pots and pans or a grill if you choose to cook. Cute Bathroom with large shower. Blow dryer in cabinet. No cable (unplug and enjoy nature!) But we do have a DVD player and we usually watch TV using our lightning cord on our iPhones!

NEW OUACHITA RIVER CABIN DIRECTLY ON THE WATER!!!!

We do accept 1 small dog with a fee. Cabin is located just steps away from the Ouachita River. It has an awesome view of the river and is peaceful and quiet. You won't find a nicer cabin in this area. It has a big deck where you can sit and relax. It has a gas grill, Alexa command outdoor audio, and a swing set for the kids. It also has beautiful rock walkway leading down to the river with a lounging area and a charcoal grill and prepping table. You can swim or fish in front of the cabin.

Carrie's place was perfect for us and our pets to spend the night while traveling across the country. Carrie was super communicative and made sure we had everything we needed for an easy check-in/out. The place was nice and comfortable and is in a beautiful location across from a state park with a very comfortable bed (which was very much needed after 14 hours in the car).

Eric was a great host. Communicated quickly and efficiently whenever something came up. Like letting us know ahead of time the bad flooding in Arkansas had damaged the dock and offered a full refund if we chose to go somewhere else. The house was just as described and the whole family loved the hot tub, pool table, and nice porch sitting. Also very well furnished, and good central location to Hot Springs. The neighborhood coming in was a little sketchy, but the house is up and away from it so we never felt in danger or bothered. Great overall experience and would recommend.

Beautiful newer cabin in the woods. Very nice, open space inside with a quiet deck overlooking the trees in the back. Perfect location between Hochatown and Broken Bow with plenty to do in either direction. Mark responded within seconds to approve our booking. Great last minute stay to celebrate a birthday and our anniversary, thanks so much for sharing your space!!

Excellent fit for two golfers playing a number of courses at Hot Springs Village. House was clean, beds comfortable and nice location. Pleased with the value. Responsiveness of the TV/streaming was the only less than positive. Could get to apps and stations but it was slow. If we were to do the week again, we’d be happy to do this place again.
