Vacation rentals with a patio in Ormond Beach

Stayed at a couple places in edgewater but chinas place was quiet & homey. Loved it would definitely stay again!!

We only stayed here one night for a friend’s wedding but could definitely see it being a weekend or week vacation home easy! Carla was an amazing host accommodating to our every need with no hesitation. Place was extremely clean and felt like a tropical spot. Would recommend!

Do not hesitate!! David was an amazing host! The condo was exactly as described and a perfect location for our trip. Everything from start to finish, allowed us to have a relaxing and fun time. The condo is clean with all the necessary amenities and the BED is huge and Very Comfortable. Plenty of free parking. The view is amazing, waking up in the morning and watching the sunrise and the waves hitting the beach through the huge window was great. The view is unmatched. This condo is within walking distance to Landshark, Crabby's and The Ocean Deck. So while your time at the beach and pool are quiet, you can enjoy good food, live music and beach bars. Do not forget Adam's Egg, located on the property, great little breakfast spot. Thank you David, we hope to come again!

A wonderful place to stay! I highly recommend choosing this Airbnb. Brandon checks in with you through Airbnb to welcome you and make sure you have everything you need. I plan to go back if this place is not already booked! Have a wonderful stay! I really appreciated being able to check-in after 1 PM on my day of arrival. You will love the neighborhood that is very walkable with beautiful lakes along your way.

The condo was a perfect size for our party of three adults and two small children. Everything was comfortable and the location near the heated pool and a short walk to the beach was ideal. The large balcony was wonderful.

We had the best time, perfect location. Crosswalk for beach right at the front of the condo. Pool so much fun and pier a walk away to fish. Neighbors so friendly. very clean everywhere we went.

But most of all, you were the kindest, most proactive host we've ever had. And check-in was a breeze and so well explained. And for ONCE the check out instructions were WONDERFUL. So simple and didn't seem like so many rules and things to do lol. Sounds silly, but it was so nice. The quick walk across to the beach was just wonderful! I feel like we should know you! Perfect two night stay for our family of 4. The first rental in a while that everyone, even our teenagers, had zero complaints about. Our hosts were extremely responsive and bent over backwards to get us a corkscrew the day we checked in and wanted to open a bottle to celebrate my wife's birthday. A very quick drive to the public access point of our favorite beach or a reasonable walk to the private boardwalk. The house was very clean and comfortable and good value. It was a nice spot to take a few zoom meetings for my work.

This house is Beautiful. It has plenty of room if you want to have guests over . Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Very comfy beds. All the amenities you could need on a vacation. We will definitely be back. Eileen was an attentive host and answered my questions very quickly.

Coastal Soul was the perfect place to stay, everything was as listed, comfy, cozy and a great beachy vibe. we had a great view of the ocean and we felt at home. Will definitely stay here again. Amy is a great host and we highly recommend staying here. We had a great week. Joe and Ann

Rental was very clean. Had plenty of extras like towels, high quality beach chairs, well stocked kitchen, etc. that made for a great stay. Location was away from overly commercial area which made it quiet and beach entrance was right across the street. Commute to downtown St Augustine was easy.

We had an amazing time! My best Friend and I came down with my two kids (ages 8,6) for spring break. Place was just as described. Was clean, and cutely decorated with a beach theme. Had some games for the kids as well. There was a list of great recommendations for things to do and restaurants close by. I had a few questions and host was very friendly and quick to respond! Just a short walk to the beach, but located conveniently right across from the pool! Hot tub was nice and relaxing, located in the middle of the building on the first floor. If you’re driving I would recommend brining your own beach chairs, as the ones provided in the unit are not very comfortable. Beach is gorgeous!we loved staying on the beach and just a short drive to this historic downtown area. We highly recommend staying here! Definitely grab breakfast at island donuts!

Enrico was extremely nice and helpful from the beginning to the end. He was very responsive and answered any questions quickly. Lisa helped us get into the place and was right there to meet us. Easy and quick plus directions and instructions and made sure we did not have any questions. This place is in a beautiful area with the most beautiful views you could ever imagine. The place was very clean (spotless)and made you feel very much at home. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! 😍 Only wish we could have stayed there longer to enjoy ourselves. 😎 The restaurant at the top is also a must to enjoy the sunset and delicious food. If anyone has ever vacationed at the beach with kids you know how overwhelming it can be. Between toys, towels, lugging everything up and down the beach, etc. Our stay made that so much easier. We’ve stayed at beach condos before and while they offer “toys and chairs” it’s maybe just one or two things. Not where. We brought our own chairs and toys in case the “toys and chairs” provided are what we’ve had from past experiences but with this place. We honestly could have just came with the clothes in our bags. The house was lived in which we loved. Sometimes when you go to Airbnbs it feels like a museum. Not this place. Had quite the amount of storage for such a small place. The kitchen was very well stocked with things to cook with. I am already booking our trip next year as we would love to come back. The only thing I could probably say as a downside is the upstairs master bedroom does get a little warm despite downstairs being so cold.

The condo is clean and nicely furnished. We stayed for eight weeks and were very comfortable. It is also nice to have beach chairs, towels and other beach equipment available. The location of the condo community is very good. Easy in and out, with restaurants, bars, coffee shops and grocery stores nearby. We also appreciated the heated pool and car wash station in the condo community. We would definitely stay again.
