Beach condo vacation rentals in Ormond Beach

Nice room with a beautiful view to the beach. Place was very convenient as there's a fairly priced Tiki bar downstairs just steps from the beach. We had our hot water not heating up enough and the host was very responsive and fixed the issue right away. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

You can’t beat the view from the condo! You can watch the sunrise right from the living room. Easy access to the beach. Beautiful pool directly outside of the condo. Kitchen was well equipped. Beach chairs provided. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return.

Thank you Marty, it was perfect. The view was amazing. The condo was great for us. We visited the Washington Oaks State Park just down the road. We had lunch at Captains BBQ just south of Marineland on A1A. Tony's Pizza is right across the street from the condo. The beach was access and the beach was super. If you are looking for a beach vacation, this is a great pick. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will be looking to coming back in the future. The swimming pool was perfectly maintained and everyone that was using it looked like they were having great time. Perfect for young and older people, like I said, this was the perfect spot for us. The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the condo. The second thing I noticed was the view. It was spectacular. The beds were very comfortable. You have everything you need in the kitchen to prepare your own meals. There is also a grill downstairs; although we didn’t get around to using it. There are beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, and an umbrella so you have to pack none of this. There is a heated outdoor pool which we really enjoyed. They also have restrooms at the pool which you can use rather than going from the beach to the condo. This is the first “heated” pool that I have actually been in that was heated. We enjoyed it even on windy cooler days. Luke is the ultimate host; checking in to make sure we got there and in the condo with no problems, checking during the week to make sure things were going well.

Beautiful property with stunning views of the ocean. All amenities are very close by. The beach was very quiet and clean. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

My wife and I come to Daytona every year from Wisconsin. We have stayed at many beach front condos in the area. This by far is the best one. The property was very clean and well maintained. The view from the balcony is amazing. Great sunrises every morning. It was everything the listing promised. Eric was a great host, he was friendly and communicated very well. We will definitely stay here every time we come down if possible. We would highly recommend this property.

The location couldn’t be better, right across the street from the beach. It’s ideal for a relaxing late afternoon walk or just enjoying some time by the ocean. This was my first AirBnB and it was perfect. Looked just like the photos. Clean, bright and had everything we needed from all beach supplies to kitchen supplies. I was worried about not having a toaster or coffee maker and there was plenty. The location was perfect — quiet, everyone kept to themselves, clean and the beach was near empty. Ashely was incredibly responsive and flexible which I appreciate. It was amazing and I’m so grateful.

We had such a great time when we stayed here for a few days. We’re from not too far away and yet this still made us feel like we were on a faraway vacation. We had a delay in getting to our location due to some challenges on our end and the host and Ms. Lisa were so helpful and understanding. Ms. Lisa even gave our daughter a stuffed animal upon arrival. A nice touch! We had a few questions during our stay and everyone was very helpful and responsive. We would come back!

A beautiful place, set on a pretty quiet stretch of beach. Everyone that lives there is super friendly. Place was clean, and very welcoming. Had all the comforts of home. Nice pool, and well taken care of outside area. Would definitely come back again

Allen was a great host and we all had an incredible time. Steps to a beautiful private beach and fabulous pools. More than enough space for 7 of us in the condo. We will definitely try to stay again.

Christina’s place was just as described. We wanted an inexpensive location close to the bandshell for cheer competition. There are several homeless people on the walk to the bandshell, but they never made us feel unsafe. But that is part of downtown Daytona and we knew that going into it. Christina was very easy to work with when I needed to change dates to extend stay. She also was very responsive when we had problems with the door code. We recommend this property and would stay again.

My family and I had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly accommodating and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Communication was prompt and clear, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We enjoyed staying at Lukasz’s place for some R&R and beach and family time. He was very responsive to our messages as well. Our pup was relaxing with us as well and we enjoyed our walks through the neighborhood with easy access to backyard. We enjoyed our stay and will likely come back again as this place was very peaceful with serene surroundings and close to all our fave restaurants.

Very spacious and clean, nice garage and parking space, felt very locked in with gates and parking deck garage doors close, close to the beach and nice restaurants and things around and not too far from Daytona either, enjoyed the stay and condo was super nice would for sure stay again, pool was nice as well and hot tub just water was warm for 90 degree weather in the pool, other than that no issues at all, great price for 3 night stay and owner of the property was great as well helped out by extending the check out time when we needed it. Would recommend to anyone and will be back soon hopefully.
