Jamie and the condo were great! She was so quick to respond to questions. We had a little internet issue which she helped resolve within 24 hours. The place was spacious for our family of 4. The beach is just a 3-5 min walk and the pools was 5-10 mins walking. It didn’t feel crowded and views were peaceful. Thanks for great memories for our kids first trip to the beach!

This is hands down the nicest place I have stayed in Daytona over the years and we will be returning! Loie was so nice and helpful and made the whole experience extremely pleasant! Nick, the property manager was also super nice and helpful! I cannot praise them all enough! Gorgeous views from the balconies, every amenity you could possibly need, and super clean and well kept. Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us. It felt like being at home!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. There were plenty of beds to accommodate our large group. We had some issues with the hot tub heating but the daily morning walks on the beach at sunrise were priceless! Excellent location, great restaurants close by, safe and cozy! We highly recommend!

Wonderful stay at Erich’s house. Love the proximity to the pool and beach as it allowed us to go back and forth so easily. And the deck was well used. Thanks for a great stay!

My family and friends really enjoyed our stay at the beach house. The home had a great layout and really nice outside pool and entertaining area. The beach was only a short walk away. The location of the home is perfect. Downtown St. Augustine was only a 15 min drive so you get a great historic city and beach all in one vacation.

We felt right at home in Matt's place. The house was big and spacious, we absolutely loved the pool on the back porch. Was a perfect setting to grill dinner and enjoy the pool, was very hot outside but the back porch was very shaded and comfortable you could feel the ocean breeze., just perfect!! The ocean access was very close walking distance. The garage was also stocked with all you need for a day at the beach. Coolers, umbrellas, chairs, even beach toys for the kids. The kitchen was also stocked with everything you need to cook a meal for your family. The snacks and bottle of wine that was left for us by Matt was a great surprise and treat after a 6 hour drive. Plenty of restaurants within good driving distance. Plus a circle K at the top of the road. Matt was very responsive to my messages. We would definitely stay at Matt's again in the future. We appreciated the attention to detail and how well it matched our preferences. The location was amazing offering the quiet street with a quick minute walk right to the shoreline! 5/5 Stars! We booked this oceanfront condo last minute for a birthday celebration and it was absolutely perfect! The weather was beautiful all weekend, and the view from the condo was breathtaking — nothing beats sipping coffee while listening to the ocean in the morning. The location was super convenient — just minutes from great food and fun activities. The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Tip: bring your own beach towels, as those aren’t provided! We had such a great time and would definitely stay here again!

My family truly enjoyed this place and we hope to make it back. The location, setup at the house, and amenities were exactly what we were hoping for before booking. Great spot and grateful for the week. Thank ya 🤙

We were very happy with our stay...unbeatable location and value for us. Catherine was willing to let us check in a couple of hours early. We had a bit of a hiccup getting in the front gate but Catherine was readily available to help us and the rest of our stay was great. I'm hopeful we can schedule another stay next year.

This was perfect for a quiet family vacation, but still close to local fun! The location was easy to find and navigate to local outings. The beach was close and quiet. The place was cozy and clean, but felt like you had plenty of room.

She was very quick to respond to emails, and very helpful in the questions that I had. She forwarded all information to me, and checked when we arrived to make sure we got in okay! We had a wonderful stay, and she even recommended a favorite restaurant in the area. I would highly recommend Diane, shes a terrific host!

Beautiful and clean. Right by the beach and two pools with hot tub. Nicole responded quickly to all of our questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Place is just as described and shown in the photos. House is clean and had all items available as described. Quiet area, walkable to beach, restaurants, etc. One of the main reasons for choosing this place is that it is dog friendly with a fenced in backyard. Overall, I would recommend staying here.

This was our second trip to Julie’s place and it did not disappoint. We love her place. She is so nice and accommodating. It has all the amenities you need, a nice yard, and so close to the beach. It is low key, not over crowded with lots of space on the beach. It reminds of a beach cottage in a Nicholas Sparks novel. We will be back!!

Another wonderful stay in this cozy cottage. Within easy walking distance to beach, restaurants, shopping. House is cozy and had everything we needed. Wil is responsive to any questions. Received information prior to check in with the smart lock combination. Having a smart lock is so convenient as we didn't have to worry about a key at the beach or anytime my spouse or I were coming and going at different times. Thank you for letting us use your lovely home!

Clean and spacious house had everything we needed. Very close to beautiful beach. Fenced yard was great for our dog. Short drive to groceries and restaurants.
